Convenient location. The washer was a convenient feature of the trip. It was very cool to be able to open the window and see the canal below.

The flat had a washer which was great but not much amenities were provided except for cutlery. Unfortunately the flat was not well maintained so we did rate it low. The location was spot on we not only had a wonderful view of gondolas passing by but since it was in The area of San Marco we were walking distance from the important sites in Venice.
It was pretty run down and you could hear the people above us pulling and dragging chairs which was annoying.
It was fun staying there and they provided easy to follow instructions to where the flat was all the way from the stop we had to get off of the Vaporetto to the streets that lead up to the front door. Thank you for the stay
