Cà Formosa

Communication was clear and easy. Directions were provided and the host even shared a video of how to find the place given how hard Venice can be to navigate. Key collection guide was also very easy to follow. The property was in a great location and was easy to navigate to Piazza San Marco as well as Rialto bridge. There were many food options close. The location was as advertised and there were three beds across two rooms, as well as a seperate kitchen, bathroom and lounge room. I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to others travelling to Venice.

The only things I would point out (though they are expected for Venice) were that the lounge room and bathroom were on the smaller side but manageable for the 3 of us staying. The beds were not as comfortable as we had hoped however that is subjective and we were able to get rest.

An incomplete address meant it took us 1.5 hrs to locate the premises!

The hallway / entrance was very shoddy. It had 2 bikes and bags of refuse that were not taken away!
