This was the best place in Venice, the apartment is amazing, very beautiful and comfortable, very comfortable beds and most importantly the view from the terrace of the canal and gondolas, we had breakfast and dinner and watched the canal. We highly recommend this apartment and will definitely come back again

The location was excellent. We were a short walk to San Marco and the vaporetto. The terrace over the canal next to us was very lovely and we enjoyed watching the gondolas at night.
The kitchenette was a big small and stocked modestly if we would have planned to cook our own food. The AC struggled in the extreme heat. The staircase to the second floor is without a railing and unsafe.

excellent location, balcony (in common area) was very nice
host was unresponsive. We were left with 1/2 roll of TP in each bathroom, obviously ran out and despite reaching out, it was not replenished the metal stairs protrude out into the kitchen and are a safety hazard-my husband found out the hard way...
