Very clean, spacious, lots of light, beautiful canal view, new clean upgraded bathroom and shower, spotless sheets and towels, main bed so comfortable, chic ikea bedroom closets, kitchen is great. Location is 30 out of 10!! So good. Very smooth check-in, quick and seamless. I really don’t have anything bad to say at all. Except one thing. The one mattress in the smaller bedroom needs to be changed. Very uncomfortable. You feel the springs and there is no comfortable spot on the bed. Other than this I’ll give 20 out of 10 to this property! Look at our view!

A small loft apartment in a perfect location for exploring Venice. Just a 10 minute walk from the Bridge of Sighs and St. Mark's Square. Also just a short walk from Ospedale where the blue line shuttle boats from the airport stop. There is even a grocery store on the other side of the bridge, outside the apartment.

Venice is packed with tourists, so plan your sightseeing well in advance.

The property was very clean and the location was ideal, never a far walk into the main areas.

Convenient for access to pier. Lovely quiet location with views of canal. Easy access to restaurants and attractions. Good communication with host. The apartment looked a little tired. Beds reasonably comfortable. Air conditioning in main bedroom - fan in second bedroom. Clean linen and 2 towels, hand towels per guest. Will provide iron and board on request. Prosecco and cold water as welcome gift. Lots of stairs to apartment so not suitable for guests with mobility issues.

Washing machine not working.
