Appartamento Piera Rossa

Das Appartamento liegt nur gut 10 Min. von der Anlegestelle San Saccarina entfernt und ca. 12 Min. von San Marco. Der historische Stadtteil Castello ist einfach bezaubernd und kaum touristisch. Die Unterkunft ist absolut ruhig gelegen, ein paar Meter vom Kanal entfernt und über eine kleine Brücke erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es Restaurants, eine Bäckerei, Metzgerei und diverse kleine Läden mit allem, was man so braucht, sowie einen kleinen Supermarkt. Das Appartamento ist hervorragend ausgestattet und blitzsauber, alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Man findet sogar Kleinigkeiten wie diverse Stecker und Ladekabel für sämtliche Handys/Tablets. Genial ist die Klimaanlage, getrennt einzustellen für den Wohn- und Schlafbereich. Marco ist die Seele des Ganzen, extrem freundlich und überaus hilfsbereit. Er tut alles, was möglich ist, um seinen Gästen einen unvergesslichen, wunderbaren Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Er hat uns von San Marco abgeholt und zur Wohnung geführt, inklusive einer kleinen Stadtführung im Miniformat. Er gibt hervorragende Tips, stellt sogar selbst gedrehte Video Guides zur Verfügung, ist sehr gut erreichbar und antwortet innerhalb von wenigen Minuten. Danke, Marco!!

Bardzo sympatyczny gospodarz :), który odebrał nas z przystani (nie czekaliśmy na niego), dał wiele cennych wskazówek, czuliśmy się zaopiekowani, podczas pobytu pytał czy wymienić ręczniki/pościel czy czegoś potrzebujemy. Komunikacja i poczucie humoru super. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona jeśli chcesz coś przygotować, klimatyczne pokoje, klimatyzacja, pralka, żelazko, dwie łazienki, malutkie patio na którym możesz wystawić suszarkę z praniem czyli idealnie dla rodziny z dziećmi. Bardzo klimatyczne mieszkanie, blisko sklep spożywczy, okolica spokojna i bezpieczna, cicha. Jeśli ktoś potrzebuje restauracja w kamienicy obok. Mieszkanie z duszą, czuliśmy się bardzo komfortowo, blisko do wszystkich atrakcji turystycznych, restauracji, sklepów. Very nice Host Marco :) who came for us at the Harbour (He was just in time), gave us a lot of precious informations, we felt safe and secure, during our vacation in Venice (10 nights) He asked us if we needed new towels or linens or enything else. Communication and sense of humore were superb. The kitchen well equipped when you need to prepare something to eat, rooms comfortable to rest, air conditioner is ok, washing machine, iron, 2 bathrooms, very small patio where you can hang your washed clothes without problems - ideal choice for families. Very atmospheric apartment, sitiated close to the Grocery, neighbourhood quiet and peaceful, restaurant near by. We felt comfortable during our stay, all turist atractions and shops where very close.

Marco was in contact well before our arrival day to organise keys. He was extremely helpful ensuring i got on the right waterbus and meeting me at the stop - even carrying my bag to the apartment - he gave a detail tour to ensure we would have everything we needed during our stay. The apartment is extremely well situated for the Arsenale and Giardini where we were working for the week. It has great facilities, everything you could possibly need and more, it is clean, well laid out and amazingly quiet. The beds were super comfortable too! Small additions like a key lockbox and somewhere to store cases on the last day (alongside how brilliant Marco was) really set this place apart from other places we have stayed.

Tiniest comment would be a couple more clothes hangers in the ensuite bedroom - but honestly I nothing negative to say
