Nice and spacious apartment. Host was very helpful and good location away from crowds but only 15 min walking distance from main canal. Closer to Osceola ferry station which stops at santa lucia train station. Elevator was pretty convenient, we were in the 3rd floor.

It was clean and tidy. Close to boat stops, restaurants, Piazza S. Marco, Rialto Bridge and many other attractions.

Location, elevator to 3rd floor, A/C, washer/dryer. 2 bed, 2 bath. Cliose walking distance to main attractions.

We loved the location and the host had excellent communication and was very helpful with tips on where to eat etc.
2nd bathroom was very small.
