Good location and the apartment was huge size for 2 people. It was as comfortable as staying in one's own home. We stayed just unfortunate 1 day. We will be back to the apartment definitely and stay a few days. And communicate with the staff was excellent, quick response and helpful information.

We were not allowed to check into the accommodation until we paid an additional tax, even though we had already paid in advance for 4 nights. We arrived with a 3.5-year-old child, exhausted and lacking sleep, which made the situation even more difficult. The condition of the kitchen was unacceptable: the pans were in such poor condition that they could not be used on the stove, and there were no basic supplies for cleaning or washing the dishes. On top of that, the host has not been responding to our messages when we had questions or needed assistance, which left us feeling unsupported during our stay.
