Świetna lokalizacja w centrum miasta, duże przestronne mieszkanie, dość dobrze wyposażone.
Niestety mieszkanie nie posprzątane dobrze, klimatyzacje brudne - strach włączać, brak moskitier w oknach stąd i komary w domu, kanapa w salonie nie nadaje się do spania, sypialnie na piętrze gorące i klaustrofobiczne, mieszkanie wymaga renowacji i odświeżenia, nieprzyjemne stare szafy do wieszania ubrań.
