The middle room did not have AC but it did not take away from an awesome location, the beautiful apartment and the wonderful host.

Davide was a fantastic host that exceeded all my expectations. He was very hospitable. The apartment is beautiful and well maintained. He added many special touch that I did not expect. The only regret is my stay in Venice was very short and could only enjoy the place for half a day. Definitely recommend this place.

Location from water taxi upon arrival, proximity to the heart of Venice. Also a quiet and safe location. Clean, updated and cool in the heat!

Absolutely beautiful apartment in a quiet street, and perfectly clean. The host Davide was incredibly welcoming, communicative, and generous, allowing us an early check in. The property is just 5 minutes walk from Ospedale, for water bus access to the airport, and about 10 minutes from Piazza San Marco. We thoroughly recommend a stay.
