Das Haus ist an einer Toplage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Markusplatz. Das Haus ist grosszügig und ist gut ausgestattet (Kaffee, Zucker, Geschirr, Zusatzdecken usw.). Der Eigentümer ist sehr freundlich. Tolle Dachterrasse!
Das Haus ist nicht genug geheizt und so war es kalt, trotz zur Verfügung gestellter Elektroöfen. Die Sauberkeit war ungenügend. Toiletten und Bidet nicht gründlich geputzt, staubige Oberflächen und schmutzige Stühle. Das Haus ist zudem sehr laut. Die Fenster müssten erneuert werden. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat oder morgens gerne ausschläft, dem würden wir das Haus nicht empfehlen. Man hört alles, und Händler fahren frühmorgens mit lauten Karren durch die Gasse.

You need a large working coffee pot (for this sized residence) and sugar stored in a marked container.

Bon emplacement près de la place Saint Marc. Terrasse au top. Accueil par Florence qui reste à l'écoute des besoins
Il faut avoir le sommeil lourd pour bien dormir. Appartement très bruyant avec simples fenêtres qui ferment à peine. Prestations limites pour 4 personnes (1 verre à pieds, 2 coupes de champagnes pour boire du vin à 4 - 1 chaise cassée, kit produits vaisselle manquant) Propreté un peu juste. L'appartement mérite un petit rajeunissement

Uteplatsen och närheten till Markusplatsen.
Boendet är mycket slitet och är inte välstädat eller utrustat med sådant som behövs, t ex städartiklar, diskborste osv. Kylskåpsdörren gick inte att stänga, och sådant kan ju hända, men den var trasig redan när vi anlände, och värden visste inte om det eller informerade inte om detta. Allt ljud från gatan hörs i sovrummen. Området är lugnt på nätterna, men det är mycket ljud tidigt på morgnarna.
