The access to the apartment by keypad was fortunate, since we arrived at 1.20 am. Yes, the staircase to the apartment is very steep, but with two people, it is manageable.
The apartment was very nice and clean.
For us, while attending the Jane Austen Festival, the location of the apartment was perfect, and we felt very at home there.
The only thing we have missed was a microwave.

Key pad access is soo easy and less stressful than trying to find keys or unlock in the dark. Comfy bed and nice shower and crockery.
Few maintenance issues needing attention but understandable at end of season; dent in wall, sharp lock on flat door uncovered, instant coffee solid in tub. I'd have lived coasters on glass tables but that's a personal thing.

Great location with plenty of option for food within a few minutes walk. Also good communication from the owners before and during the stay. Much better than staying in a hotel, especially if you need two bedrooms.
Nothing, but the final set of stairs once through the flat door might be a bit tough for some, especially on first entrance with bags. The light switch is around the corner from the door so a bit hard to find
