Fantastic location. The apartment was clean and quiet, and had everything we needed.

The instructions for picking up the keys don't match what's on the key box. I worked it out, but it could be difficult for a non-English speaker The towels and bedding could do with a bit of an upgrade

The apartment is so close to town, and in a beautiful location. It's only a short walk from the public car park, and a short walk from the town and some gorgeous shops. There is everything you need inside the apartment, and it was lovely and clean.

We had instructions about where to collect the keys. Upon arriving at the lock boxes, noticed there were multiple key boxes on the gate. However, the host had given us instructions about what was written on the lockbox, but it didn't match. So we had to ring the help number of the guest house, which initially wasn't answered, and when they did ring back they were a bit short. It would be helpful to ensure it's clear on the box which is for the correct apartment. One of the mattresses in the twin room could do with being replaced, as it was a bit bumpy.

Great place to stay and explore Bath.

Brilliant apartment, very clean and well equipped. It was situated in one of the best areas in Bath close to the centre within easy reach of the Abbey and Roman Spa.

Great for gathering of uni friends

Fabulous location, comfortable beds, beautifully presented - practically perfect for our stay.

Shower rather disappointing and be nice to have as many wine glasses as people booked and a few more basic bits of equipment on the kitchen like cheese grater, wooden spoon and serving spoons. A salt and pepper would be nice too. A Bluetooth speaker would be useful.

The position of the property was fantastic, really iconic and the building was beautiful. The views from the living room windows were straight over the trees in the Circus. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room. The bath was huge ( but one tank of water didn’t fill it) which was lovely to relax in. Everything was clean and tidy and it was perfect for our 2 night stay. You can pick up the Toots bus on the Circus.

I was sorry that a bus didn’t run to the station from there but that’s a bus issue not a property issue.

Charming maisonette in Bath

The maisonette is a truly lovely 2 bedroom apartment in the main part of Bath. It is a short walk to most of the sights. The two bedrooms are spacious with lovely artwork throughout the flat. It was great to have 2 bathrooms, one with a shower, and the other with a big bath. The property managing agency was very helpful when I left something behind at the flat.

The maisonette is on the second floor in a building which has no elevator and could be a problem for someone with heavy suitcases but it didn't bother us. The laundry is downstairs from the flat which also could be an issue for some.

The location was phenomenal! What a beautiful place to stay, and the flat was spacious and comfortable as well.

It took us a bit of time to figure out the key location and lockbox, but that was probably just as much our fault!

Great location, lovely property and perfect for a great Bath experience!

- Great location in an amazing period building! - In the city centre, so was within short walking distance of everything you needed - Very close to the Royal Crescent and other iconic Bath landmarks - Very comfy beds - Well-equipped kitchen (utensils, crockery, cutlery, fridge/freezer, oven and hob), a nice, spacious living room and good bathrooms - Clean towels and soap provided - The property was very clean - Great communication from the hosts and easy to find the key

Minor things which didn't impact the overall stay much at all, but I think is worth mentioning: - One bathroom didn't have a full shower, only a bath - The large bedroom's bathroom door didn't lock, nor did the large bedroom's door's latch work - The windows in the large bedroom looked like they could do with a bit of TLC - The kitchen sink tap would drip and sometimes then start running in a small stream, even when both taps were firmly off I must point out that none of these things would stop me booking this property again, though!

Fabulous and wonderful experience staying in the very old apartment.

The apartment is so beautiful and comfy. The apartment is clean, with full kitchenettes. Spacious, having two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Suitable for 5-6 person. Having nice view directly to Circus arena, or to garden and city view in the backyard, one of nice photo spot in Bath. The decoration also very good, old style and elegance. It is really recommend to choose this apartment, and we will be happy to choose it again if we back to Bath.

No parking space, I got ticket while dropping my luggages to apartment😀. However, there is long stay car park just walking distance (nearby). Bit confusion to collect the key and find the correct apartment building. The key was collected at difference apartment building. We got confusion at the beginning, we though apartment was the same location with the key box. It is actually separated building apart around 100 m. We got the explanation after we call the host.

Stay spoilt by very uncomfortable mattresses

Stunning location Clean

The mattresses were awful and all need renewing urgently. I tossed and turned until 4 am and was very tired the next day. Tried a different mattress on the floor the next time - just as bad. There was no tap on the bath! Noticed this in previous review!

Pricy but worth it.

Grateful for tea bags, and milk cartons in the fridge. Everything was tidy and well presented, heating worked well and was easy to use.
