Bath Circle Camden Lodge House

The lodge was perfect for our stay. Lovely touches from the owner - a welcome food hamper and Miscellar water and cotton pads in the bathroom! Cosy and clean with a private outdoor area.

We arrived at Bath station on a hot day and walked to the property with luggage. In hindsight, I think the rail worker at the train station’s advice to get a taxi was good advice, as the property is at the top of a steep hill! Not a dislike at all - just might be helpful for us to pass on to others booking the lodge.

Location was excellent and close to centre of city & royal crescent/circus. Welcome pack. Responsive and flexible owner.

I would definitely advise paying for the additional parking provided as it would have been difficult without it

Location was great and the property was easily accessible, clean interior, warm! Karina the host was responsive and contactable.

The amenities were a bit lacking, we ran out of toilet paper as there was minimal supply, there was a washing machine but no detergent and we expected an instruction manual with some info or property guidelines but there wasn’t one. The place needed more airing and garbage outside had been attacked by birds and was strewn all over the side of the property, it wasn’t pretty and we had to keep the side windows closed as a result. This was promised to be cleaned up while we were there but was not. Some more instructions would have been helpful as we prefer not to be as dependant on contacting the owner constantly.
