Big clean apartment near Komtar/City Square

Location is good
No floor mat in the bath room, no hand soup for the sink, the slippers were uncomfortable, no hand towels, the bed was too soft, the room key doesn't work and has to key in the number to enter the room, the fan remote doesn't work, it's difficult to return the keys after exiting the car park - having to go a big round to come back to the apartment to return the keys, request for just an hour late check out was not even acceded to.
