Location. Right in the middle of the city. Near to shopping areas.
None except no instruction on how to operate the TV (not connected to the internet) and the sofa bed is broken.

Location was the best choice as it was very near to CIQ, and several malls around. Internet network was good. It was easy to communicate with host too. There were slippers and sufficient toilet papers provided in the unit as well.
A little moldy smell in the washroom. No major issues.

Overall is good, but there was a very foul smell from the bathroom that made us not comfortable during the stay..
The bedroom doorlock was spoilt..
