I would not stay again.

The location was quiet.

It is rather run down, much in need of repair and replacement and it was dirty. The hot water and heat went out a few times. The faucet in the bathroom leaked and caused a flood ( hence the bucket under the sink ). There was black mold in the washing machine and in the vents. We call that a pig with lipstick.

the owner is a real gentleman, location was amazing, it was very clean & it has all what I need, secured building

although the building has no elevator ,but it was in the 1st floor which was ok to claim the stairs.

Φωτεινό ,ικανοποιητικά μεγάλο, ζεστό ,δίπλα στην μέσα μεταφορά ,Σουπερμάρκετ και φαρμακείο. πάρκινγκ!

Πάρα πολλή σκόνη παντού έπρεπε να πληρώσω έξτρα για να έρθει κάποιος να κάνει καθαρισμού στο διαμέρισμα . Το κρεβάτι και το στρώμα δεν ήταν καθόλου βολικά. Και για 11 μέρες διαμονή δεν είχαν αφήσει ούτε μία φορά να αλλάξουμε σεντόνια και πετσέτες.

Séjour agréable et au calme malgré quelques perturbations (télé et tramway).

Environnement calme, tramway à 100 mètres, possibilité de se garer en bas de l’immeuble. Balcon. Appartement bien chauffé.

Le bruit régulier du tramway qui passe la nuit: oreilles sensibles s’abstenir! Le son de la télé du voisin…

Der Gastgeber ist ein sehr netter Mann. Die Wohnung war klasse. Er hatte viel Verständnis für unsere Anliegen und ist uns sehr entgegen gekommen. Vielen Dank dafür!
