Very comfortable

Very comfortable apartment in a historic building in the heart of Spoleto. The apartment was equipped with everything you needed, very clean and beautifully renovated (it's a historic building). The owner is very nice and helpful, excellent contact. Free parking is easy to find not far from the apartment and in case of lack of space you can park at a discounted municipal parking lot (5 euros per day) We recommend!

Appartamento centrale in palazzina storica Moderno e antico accostati con cura Dotazioni domestiche molto buone. Silenzioso e di dimensione adeguate. possibilità di un parcheggio abbastanza vicino e gratuito.

Toglierei la poltrona in camera da letto per mettere un sostegno per i valige. noi abbiamo usato una sedia Spoleto è il classico paese del centro Italia costruito su un altura. Questo porta a delle salite e discese impegnative. Da affrontare solo se si è coscienti di questo

Sehr nette Gastgeber die sich wunderbar um einen gekümmert haben. Das einchecken war unkompliziert und wir konnten unsere großen Gepäckstücke vor der offiziellen Zeit unterstellen Während die Zimmer gereinigt wurden. Die Tipps zur Stadt und besonders für die Restaurants waren sehr gut, wir haben vorzüglich traditionelles aus der Region in einem einheimischen Lokal gegessen. Hier kann man jederzeit unbesorgt übernachten, das Appartment ist am Ende der Altstadt, ruhig gelegen und ein wunderschön Renoviert. Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt

Una bomboniera nel centro storico.

La proprietaria Ilaria è squisita e ci ha illustrato con passione la storia dell'appartamento e della città. La ristrutturazione ha mantenuto tutti i tratti distintivi risalenti all'800. Splendida vista e zona tranquilla all'interno del centro storico. Cani ammessi senza problemi. Massima cura nella pulizia e nelle dotazioni, superiori alle attese. Cucina ben attrezzata, molta attenzione per l'angolo della colazione. In 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge Piazza del Mercato. Ci è stato addirittura messo a disposizione un deposito per le bici.

L'unica cosa che può essere scomoda è che, aprendo il portone, bisogna salire una rampa di scale per raggiungere l'appartamento (è normalità nel centro storico).

Tutto meraviglioso

Delizioso appartamento nel centro di Spoleto in posizione strategica sia per la visita della città che delle zone circostanti (è possibile parcheggiare l'auto nelle immediate vicinanze in strada gratuitamente o in un parcheggio coperto a prezzi onestissimi) . All'interno dell'alloggio è presente tutto ciò di cui si può aver necessità durante il soggiorno: dalle stoviglie, alle pentole, a coperte e cuscini supplementari. Un ringraziamento particolare a Ilaria che ci ha accolto, seguito e consigliato durante tutta la nostra permanenza. E' bello incontrare persone che mettono tanta cura e amore nella propria attività.

Una volta alla settimana abbandoniamo il computer e facciamo qualcosa di memorabile; abbiamo prenotato “Non ditelo al Duca” per ferragosto nel cuore di Spoleto. Giuseppe e sua figlia Ilaria erano dei padroni di casa eccezionali ed erano lì ad accoglierci nell'appartamento. Ferragosto è un periodo complicato riuscire a parcheggiare l'auto nelle vicinanze; poi armati di una lista di cose da vedere e da fare e, cosa più importante, dove mangiare bene. Ciò che ci è piaciuto è stata la posizione dell'appartamento; la porta d'ingresso di fronte a un vicolo che scendeva al monastero. L'appartamento era vicino a dove avevamo parcheggiato la macchina e in fondo alla strada che portava al centro storico. La sera una piacevole passeggiata in collina per stuzzicare l'appetito. Dopo un ottimo pasto a base di piatti della cucina locale e ottimi vini locali, siamo semplicemente rotolati giù dalla collina per andare a letto. Anche solo sdraiarsi sul letto e guardare il soffitto era un'esperienza in sé; tutte le travi centenarie furono lasciate a vista; il diametro era enorme. Su una parete c'è un vecchio murale che aggiunge fascino al luogo anche se non vi ha già incuriosito il nome “Non ditelo al Duca”. Dato che la giornata era calda, ci siamo alzati presto la mattina per una passeggiata in città visitando la cattedrale e il castello, seguita dalla colazione in Piazza Mercato. Altamente raccomandato, molto divertente e adorabile essere trattato così calorosamente. Grazie Giuseppe e Ilaria per un ferragosto fenomenale.
