When we return to Spoleto for the 4th time, our family will definitely stay at Sara’s Heart if Spoleto again. The other

We truly were in the heart of Spoleto! This was our 3rd trip there and this place was the best and the best location; right in Puszza Mercato! The apartment was beautifully upgraded and Sara left a lot of different breakfast foods, juices, and milk! In addition, she went out of her way to get us a taxi to the train station our last day when I could not get through to them and they were very efficient, nice, parked in Puazza Mercato and walked over yo our building to get us and our bags, arriving a few minutes early! The master bedroom was extremely comfortable; large, with two windows that opened, overlooking 2 small piazzas. There was a second room with twin beds (at our request (it could have been a double) with one window and stairs in the room leading to a futon we didn’t use.

We absolutely loved looking down on the little piazzas, but one in our group was scheduled for unexpected knee surgery when she returns home and had difficulty climbing up and down the gorgeous 4 flights of stone stairs and as such, they had quite a bit of luggage with them so the smaller room was tight for them but we fixed it by using part of the living space to store their things. It was warm when we were there and not sure there was air conditioning.

Beautiful apartment in the center of Spoleto

Beautiful apartment in the center of Spoleto. It is located in a historic building, but fully renovated, very modern and tasteful. The host Sara was very helpful in sending information for the best parking spot nearby in advance and explaining the features of the apartment. You can't park right next to the apartment because it is in the historic center, but there's a parking spot nearby and reduced parking tickets are provided by the host. The apartment is clean and spacious, two bedrooms, one with a double, one with a single bed. Breakfast (coffee, biscuits, cereal, milk, tea cake, yogurt) and two bottles of beer were included in the price. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need if you want to cook. Thank you very much for the pleasant stay!

The location was superb. The apartment was stylish but in keeping with the historic building. The apartment contained everything you needed for a visit to Spoleto. Sara was a great host.

That was one of the most amazing stays I ever had. The property is nice and very well located. The host is friendly and ready to help with everything. A lot of cute details in the apartment made it very cozy. We will definitely come back

Perfect stay for two couples or a family with kids.

We stayed at Sara's fabulous house for three nights. It's perfect for two families (four older adults). Before the trip, Sara offered sightseeing ideas in Spoleto and she also arranged a mini van to pick us up from/to the train station. Sara met us in person and walked us through her place. There were enough breakfast items (coffee, cocoa, juice, milk, honey, jams and pastries) for four of us for four breakfasts! In addition to the food/beverage mentioned above, there is also a cabinet stocked with local beers and wines for purchase. The cost of the drinks was the same price you would pay at a market. What a thoughtful idea! I particular love how spacious the condo was and how comfortable the bed was. We had a good night sleep while staying in Spoleto! Oh and the arts! All the arts in the house were created by local artists and were for purchase. I really enjoyed looking at them. A friendly reminder is that the condo is located on the 3rd floor with no elevators. So it might be tough for people with walking or back issues to carry the luggage up to the condo. But Sara helped carrying one of the luggage and that was extremely helpful. We will definitely stay there again and encourage others to enjoy this lovely and centrally located place in Spoleto!

Exceptional

This is a beautiful apartment. Great central location. It is new, well and very tastefully furnished. The owner is also kind and very helpful. The kitchen is well equipped, spacious living room, nice bedrooms, bathroom is also neat. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

As mentioned, the location is central. During our stay there was a festival going on as well as the Football EC games. These did attracted a lot of people. However, I guess this was an exceptional period. The weekdays were quiet again. Did not regret our choice 😊

Appartamento molto bello in centro storico, ad un passo dalla piazza principale. Sara, la padrona di casa, gentilissima ed estremamente disponibile, ci ha fatto trovare tutto pronto per poter fare una buona colazione, con prodotti confezionati da produttori della zona e dato ottimi consigli su dove cenare. Casa vacanza consigliatissima.
