The perfect place to stay for a trip to Spoleto, would definitely return.

Amazing location with great views of Spoleto from the balcony. Spotlessly clean and a lovely comfortable bed. Staff were so kind and helpful. Great kitchen with coffee and bottled water etc. And a washing machine!!

Most enjoyable stay in this Spoleto apartment, fresh, clean and convenient.

The location of this property is very good, just outside the busy old city. It is close to restaurants, the escalator and travelator that takes you up to the old city. A vibrant outdoor market on Friday is fun and we purchased lovely fruit and vegetables. It was great to have a lift to take us up to 2nd floor, the host was most helpful in meeting us to explain how to use the key app, though we also had a set of keys.

Spotless, spacious, luminous, perfectly equipped, and recently totally renovated apartment

Spotless, spacious, luminous, perfectly equipped, and recently totally renovated apartment. Great location at the border of the historic center, very close to the electric stairs that take you there, in a quiet street with convenient parking in front of the building and an excellent coffee bar right at the corner. Very attentive and responsive host. Excellent experience.

The only observation is that the sofa bed is short for an adult. It would be more confortable if it was a full or queen bed

Ben situat i molt net i nou

La ubicació molt pràctica, perquè està just a l'inici del centre històric de Spoleto. Molt aprop de les escales mecàniques que pugen al Duomo. Hi ha un pàrquing gratuït aprop. On sempre hem trobat lloc. També a 2min a peu de la plaça Garibaldi amb bones cafeteries per esmorzar. Liuba, l'amfitriona molt molt amable, atenta i resolutiva. Et contesta molt ràpidament qualsevol dubte que tinguis. I t'informa molt bé de tot. Un encant de persona.

Consigliatissimo, pulito e accogliente

La cura dei dettagli, la professionalità dell'host, la pulizia e la comodità del divano letto, che non è scontato. L'appartamento gode di ogni comfort e inoltre gli infissi e le mura sono insonorizzate. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la presenza dei kit di benvenuto (shampoo, shower gel, bottiglia d'acqua in frigo), la presenza di televisori e climatizzatori in sala e camera da letto.

Appartamento con tutti i confort,nuovo....perfetto.Liuba ha organizzato tutto in modo impeccabile ,dal check in al check out.Situato in zona strategica a 500 mt dalle scale mobili per raggiungere il centro di Spoleto.( Strada alberata ) Parcheggio con strisce blu davanti alla location ,a 150 mt anche parcheggio libero.Appto al secondo piano con ascensore.ottima esperienza consigliatissimo.Ah a 30 mt dalla casa c'è una pasticceria ottima per le colazioni... ,

Il palazzo non è nuovissimo ,ma la cosa è secondaria.

Bellissimo

Appartamento nuovo semplicemente perfetto, pulitissimo, ampio, con due condizionatori e due televisori. Tutto bellissimo. Letto molto comodo. Gradita la bottiglia d'acqua di cortesia. Posizione vicina al Duomo grazie all'utilizzo della Scala Mobile Ponzianina. Zona molto tranquilla e verde. Inoltre a pochi metri c'è la Pasticceria Tuzi, per un'ottima colazione.

Appartamento grande, pulito e ben servito. Host disponibilissima, ottima accoglienza e benvenuto lasciandoci acqua, infusi e cialde di caffè a disposizione. Posizione tranquilla e comoda per raggiungere le principali attrazioni turistiche. Che dire della serratura automatica, senza il pensiero delle chiavi in tasca! Un piccolo viaggio , mi sarebbe piaciuto fermarmi ancora

La struttura è vicinissima al centro e nuova , ben curata nei minimi dettagli , sembra di stare nella propria casa, addirittura nella stanza da letto c’era una piccola libreria con dei libri . Ha superato le aspettative. Pulizia al top, non mi aspettavo di trovare spugne del bagno di marca e tanti prodotti per l’utilizzo sia in bagno che in cucina . Letto comodissimo .
