Amazing place to stay

Modern, newly-renovated room with all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Really clean and in good order facility. The owners made us feel welcomed even before our arrival. Definitely suggested to everyone!

Superb

The property is walking distance from the center, yet in a quiet area. Easy to find a parking space, which is important as the best beach is 2 km out of Nea Peramos. Very hospitable hosts – they provided us with lots of useful information, including a suggestion to visit Philippi Archeological Site near Kavala (we did and it was indeed very interesting!). Everything in the room was new and clean and there was a big terrace, enough to comfortably accommodate 4 people.

Best apartment property we stayed in Northern Greece

We loved absolutely everything about our stay there. We were greeted by the owners Varvara and Valsamis (Makis) upon our arrival. We were shown the room and the facilities, explained the rules of the property, given recommendations about the nearby beaches and where to eat. The property was brand new (first season) and the hosts have done a great job. Apartment was very bright and clean, fully equipped kitchenette with electrical hobs, microwave, fridge. There is a TV in both the living room and the bedroom. Bathroom is great with jet shower panel. Beds are comfortable. Balcony is spacious, with table and chairs - great to spend the evenings after beach watching the sunset over the hills. Our stay was made very personal by Varvara and Makis from the moment we arrived. She even brought up some dessert she made which was delicious and the act was very touching. Love it!! Thanks a million! Also the property is in a short walking distance to the closest beach and the town area with coffees, shops and bars. Would love to stay there again when we go to Nea Peramos.

I can not think of anything we did not like about the stay. Everything was flawless. In fact the property did not only meet but exceeded our expectations. I could only suggest to keep up the good work and you would do great.

Es war sauber.

Anreise ab 15:00 Uhr und Abreise bis 10:30 Uhr. Man verliert ein ganzen Tag für Strand. Keine Privatsphäre. Schlechte Klima-Nutzung.
