The location was perfect, just on the outskirts of the old part of Kavala. Our room overlooked the castle and aqueduct. Beautiful building, decor is stunning. Our room was extremely spacious, and layout great. Breakfast was lovely. The staff were amazing. Really helpful with information.
There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like about the property.

Wonderful welcome at this small hotel. Super location - central but quiet. Delicious breakfast. The owners could not have been more helpful and kind. Our room was large and well equipped. Good shower and generous toiletries.

We had a wonderful stay at The Anthemion House in Kavala. The room was very cozy, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location is excellent, within walking distance of most of the city’s main attractions, including the castle and the historic aqueduct. It is also very close to the port and offers a phenomenal view of the aqueduct, which made our stay even more special. The host was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. We received great recommendations for local taverns serving fresh fish, as well as useful tips on the best places to visit in and around Kavala. As a lovely gesture, at the end of our stay the host even gave us some sweets for the journey home. Such thoughtful hospitality made us feel truly appreciated. We highly recommend The Anthemion House to anyone visiting Kavala and would gladly stay here again!
