Great location, value for money and felt like home from home

A warm reception from all staff with happy smiling faces. The room was overlooking the street and a view to the port/sea. Perfect for exploring the old town area. It had everything we needed and we hope to be back.

It was a lovely experience. Hotel is at the center of city. Near to everywhere. Kind and helpful staff. Loved it. Rooms are clean, feels like home. They changed the towels and cleaned the room everday. Also we also enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony.

The place is spotless, AC works well, bathroom as well. The complementary breakfast was very kind of the hosts. Very close to the best parts of the city. Comfortable beds. Helpful staff. I recommend and will visit again!

Room with a nice view, helpful staff, but requires climbing flight of stairs

We stayed in the loft room. It was clean, quite spacious, and had a great view of the city. Our hostess, Cynthia, was very kind and helpful.

There was actually quite a bit of noise at night (dogs barking, cats mewing, people speaking).

Place is at the city centre. Clean and comfortable. Stuff was so helpful. Our room was at the third floor. The only bad thing was climbing the stairs :)

Overall it was a good stay.

Great staff ! I received very good and exact indications on how to check in after midnight. I appreciated the AC in the room was on so I had a very chilly room when I got there. Very nice personel at this hotel.

The room and furniture and bathroom was a little worn out.

very good hotel but no sea view

The location of the hotel is really great: next to the castle and to the old city, near to the harbor and to the city center. There is a public parking just 5 minutes walking distance away if you are traveling by car. Very friendly and helpful stuff, we were late but they stayed after the official reception hours and waited for our arrival. Thanks for that! Very clean rooms and lobby, modern room facilities.

We booked a suite with a sea view … but there was actually no sea in the view. From the balcony you can only see the building on the other side of the street, the see is In the small left corner of the view. This is not ok and is approaching deception. See my photo for details.

Exceptional

We liked everything - very hospitable hosts, smooth check in, great location, a cosy room with a wonderful view, cleanliness and tidiness of the whole building. Even a small sweet breakfast was provided as a gift.

Nothing to dislike really. Some might have problem with the nearby church bells, as it will ring early in the morning, but we didn't mind it. Clearly not a hotel's fault.

The cleaniless and the location and the balconies. The hotel provided some bread and basic ingredients for breakfast, although the price did not indicate that breakfast is included.

Disappointing

Great location.

Very steep stairs at the entrance. Very hard to carry luggages. Cigarette smell in room Towels had a moldy smell. EXTREMELY LOUD bells ringing every hour because there is a small Church next to the hotel. It started around 6-7am and kept going non stop every hour. It was one of the worst nights I ever experienced in a hotel. It’s not the property’s fault but it was absolutely horrible.
