Location of the hotel was perfect, the lady in the hotel extremely helpful about late checking out. Our room was so clean and we appreciate for the complimentary things for breakfast.

Right in the centre of town, with everything at the door step.
No parking locally, uncomfortable hard bed and smelly toilet drains.

It was clean
There is no elevator, there was nobody to help with the luggage trough the very up the steep and long stairs. there is no parking space, not even for stopping for a while for luggage. In practice, the rent is 15 euros higher, because, even at the owner's suggestion for 15 euros per day, you park at the port parking lot, which is a 15-minute walk away.
