The location is excellent—in a quiet area, yet just 12 minutes from the city center. We had a guaranteed parking spot throughout our stay, which is a real plus in Kavala! The host was very welcoming, provided restaurant recommendations, and responded promptly to any questions. I recommend this apartment.
It’s not exactly a complaint, but rather a suggestion. A cleaning service at least once every 2–3 days would be helpful, given the beach location.

Cladirea o fost ok , nou amenajata , camera studio curata, dotata cu tot ce trebuie, proprietarii foarte amabili si ne-au ajutat cu tot ce am avut nevoie. A fost o experienta placuta si ne-ar face placere sa mai revenim.
Ce nu ne-a placut a fost chiuveta de la baie care era prea mica cand te spalai apa curgea pe jos , probleme cu interfonul care nu era conectat cum trebuie la fiecare camera, iar ca sa poti deschide (cand unul ramanea in camera si cheia era legata de cartela) trebuia ori sa suni pe telefon ori nimereai la alta camera cum am patit noi de cateva ori fiind treziti de cei din camera alaturata. Zgomotul de afara facut de masini , motociclete, scutere era foarte mare si te trezea foarte devreme, dar cred ca asa este in aceasta zona.

Расположение, 10 минут пешком до всего. Тихо, просторно, есть два балкона, все новое и современное. Прекрасная кровать и подушки, на кухне все есть, кофе машина с запасом капсул. Есть парковка.

Odlična lokacija, nov i savršeno čist apartman. Imali smo i parking mesto što nam je bilo vrlo značajno.
