This is our second time staying at Kipos Resort. Very good, quiet environment. Mr Kipos is always very friendly and helpful. The whole place is very clean and well maintained. There is parking as well, close to the town centre and the sea as well. We will definitely visit again and strongly recommend! 👌🏻

A nice place for a quick vacation

Very good location, easy to find. The owner was a very nice person always ready to help. We arrived by car earlier than than the check in time , but there were no issues and the room was prepared and cleaned for us. The breakfast was superb and served . I can recommend Ammolofoi beach 15 min drive from the property- a very nice sandy beach with a lot of parking lots.

Extremely Disappointed – Beware of Your Valuables!

At check-in, the host seemed friendly, but that’s where the positives end. We booked an “economy” room, which turned out to be a depressing basement unit with direct access to the street. It was dark, unwelcoming, and felt more like a storage room than a place meant for guests. The bathroom was tiny and outdated – the faucet and fixtures looked so old and worn out that it gave off a feeling of poor hygiene. To make matters worse, while there was hot water in the evening, in the morning the water was ice cold – not even lukewarm. But the worst part of our stay was that on the very first day, after returning from the beach, I discovered that a pair of Swarovski earrings was missing from the nightstand – I had deliberately left them there, hesitating whether to wear them or not. When I reported the incident, the manager simply shrugged and said there was nothing he could do, suggesting we call the police if we wanted. No apology, no concern – just complete indifference. Yes, I understand hotels are not responsible for items not stored in the safe, but the way this situation was handled was unacceptable. This is not just about policy – it’s about basic decency and responsibility. I strongly warn anyone considering this place: think twice and guard your belongings carefully. I left feeling disappointed, uncomfortable, and frankly, angry. Never again.

Awesome vacation to the best place with beautiful beaches

Best place for vacation, the owner is a unique person, very kind and friendly. the room is clean and very nice. For the first time from many years i try coffee (kapucino) from uncle Kypus and i like it very taste and i will drink again.

A hidden gem of peace and tranquillity close to nature but only a short walk to the hustle n bustle!

Mikail was the perfect host this was our wedding anniversary and he greeted us with fresh coffee and cake to our room. He offered to drive us too well known local beach off we didn’t want to walk. Breakfast was pencil fresh and tasty. He recommended us the most fantastic local restaurant that was behind the Main Street. Thank you soo much Mikail it was a pleasure to meet you!

Disappointing

Staff was friendly and location was convenient.

Unfortunately, the room was not clean enough and especially the bathroom, which we made us feel uncomfortable during our stay. Bed and matrex were old and uncomfortable and sheets were not changed. Definitely not good value for the money we paid.

The place is far from the crowd, near to the beach and the street with taverns. Big room with very nice terrace. The hostes are kind. For sure we are coming back.

Exceptional

The resort is located in a beautiful, quiet location, a maximum of 5 minutes' walk from the beach and a maximum of 5 minutes' walk to the center. The resort has a beautiful green terrace with a swimming pool next to a 400-year-old tree that provides a big shadow. The owners are very nice and happy to help, the breakfast is phenomenal, we were with a small dog and she also get breakfast from the owners every day. For sure we will come back next year again with pleasure.

Quite location, comfortable bed and big terrace. There were enought parking places.

It wasn't clean enough, there was a lot of dust and hair everywhere. The bathroom wasn't in good condition. The tub was broken and leaking out. The furniture were depreciated as well.

Wobserfull stay

Everything was OK I booked room on 0 level but the owner gave me on 1 floor. View was very good and very terrace. The owner was more than polite and clean my room on every two days. There is a pool and something for eat plus coffee and juices. Recommended this place for rest.

The host is very friendly. Location is great, clean place and has a good parking on a quiet street.

Shower was very small and there was constantly a bad smell from the drain in the bathroom.
