Great Place in Kavala

Clean, comfortable apartment with a very nice view right in the old town with easy access to the harbour and main attractions. Parking lot is nearby which was convenient. The place had everything we needed and the host was really nice and helpful. Would stay here again if we're back in Kavala.

Brst views, best location!

Iridium is a EU funded housing project aimed at refurbishing 100+ year old houses. It is accomplished with a greatvsence of respect for original materials. The views from the room - Iris - are spot on like on the fotos. The apartment is at a stone’s throw from the yacht harbor right in the old town of Kavala. It has everything you need for a self-cateted stay: fridge, coffee machine… The rooms are spacious and would fit a family of 4. Charis, the owner, has plenty of recommendations, be it for beaches, restaurant, you name it. They took always only a few minutes to answer any requests. We will definitely return and will never stay anywhere else but at Iridium.

The sea view was incredible. It was tastefully decorated, super clean and at the center of old town. The owners are also kind and caring. Charis is a true gentleman and a generous owner.

The localisation of the appartement next to the Port and next to bars and restaurants is very convinient. The appartment is great with a beautiful view. The host is very thoughtfull and gives us all the informations and advice for the stay, parking, ferry and visit to do.

Harika konumda, gayet konforlu, temiz ve modern odalar

Konumu mükemmeldi. İlk gün arabayı park ettik, her yere yürüyerek gittik. Gün içinde mekanlar arasında yürürken “bir odaya uğrayıp geleyim” diyecek kadar rahattık. Ev sahibimiz çok iyi niyetli ve çok yardımcıydı, bize bir sürü mekan önerisinde bulundu.

Biz kış sezonunda gittiğimiz için sorun olmadı ama yazın cam açıkken deniz manzaralı suitlerde ses problemi olabilir. Ama camların ses izolasyonu gayet iyi, kapatınca hiç ses gelmiyor. Şehir manzaralı suitte ses sorun olacağını sanmıyorum

Υπέροχο κατάλυμα! Έκλεισα σουίτα με θέα θάλασσα, ήταν απίθανη η διαμονή μου. Μεγάλη σουίτα πάρα πολύ άνετη, κρεβάτι φανταστικό και μπαλκονάκι με θέα το κάτι άλλο! Επίσης εκτίμησα πολύ την άμεση επικοινωνία στο WhatsApp. Ευχαριστώ θέλω να ξανα έρθω.
