This property needs an investments.

Only quietness of area and view of the sea. + new kitchen

Obviously, this is a good accommodation for a large family or company, who is not ready to pay money for comfort and are satisfied with a certain discomfort. The photos which are at booking.com no younger than 10 years old and made by good camera man. We rented apartments at the ground floor of house, so in 2 of the 4 bedrooms (actually we didn’t need all 4, bcs we were only 4 people) the windows were almost a basement and only light came through them. In the bathrooms, there was a rust on the radiators, the material on the mirror stands has stratified and looks terrible. A lot of unnecessary furniture, apparently bought at a flea market, does not fit into the interior at all and its look awful. Grill outside nobody clean and there are a lot of rusty twigs that no one wants to throw away, and nobody wants to clean it for a good condition. The pool is supposed to be used for two apartments. In one apartment, the maximum accommodation is 12 people, in the other 4. Total 16. There are 3 old sun beds and 4-5 plastic chairs by the pool. When you accommodate four, it is comfortable, but if there are 8 or more people, then you can forget about comfort. The space around the pool is not big (max 4 sun beds). The sides of the pool are made of wood, but, apparently, no one has painted them since 5 years and it is dangerous to walk on them, they are not fixed (do not let children in). Old plastic beds are piled up next to the pool, just like an old broken ladder to enter the water, the owner, seams, does not have enough time to take everything unnecessary to the dump. Otherwise, the water in the pool was clean and clear. The washing machine and dishwasher work well, only too long time (probably eco mode). The kitchen is absolutely new, well-equipped, only very few utensils themselves, if a large family arrives, cups and plates may simply not be enough. The last drop for negative impact was the fact that I was bitten by bed bugs in one of the bedrooms.

Sehr entspannter und schöner Urlaub! Ich würde immer wieder hierhin fahren!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, es war sehr sauber und der Pool hatte eine perfekte Aussicht auf das Meer. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz, wo das Auto immer stand und es war wirklich ein sehr entspannter und schöner Urlaub. Der Vermieter war auch immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Er hat sich wirklich um uns gekümmert. Einmal ist wegen einem kurzen Sturm der Strom ausgefallen, und er ist sofort nachdem es aufgehört hat zu regnen gekommen und hat alles repariert.

Nur die Auffahrt war sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, weil sie sehr steil war. Aber das war nur das erste Mal so.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder.

Villa mit 2 Appartements - Top Lage mit Blick zum Meer und Hafen. Wir waren im oberen Appartement des Hauses, welches direkt neben dem Pool ist, den man mit der unteren Wohnung im gleichen Haus teilt. Die Wohnung war gross, sauber und mit Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer. Die 3 Parkplätze sind ebenfalls gleich neben der oberen Wohnung, wobei 1 Parkplatz für uns und 2 Parkplätze für das grössere Appartement unten waren. Uns wurde der Parkplatz direkt neben der Terrasse zugewiesen, so dass man etwas Sichtschutz hat, wenn die Nachbarn kommen und gehen. Die Schlüsselübergabe und Check-in waren sehr flexibel und kein Problem. Der Anfahrtsweg ist auf den letzten Metern schmal und steil aber machbar. Wir sind mit unserem Familienbus gut hingekommen.

Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte etwas besser sein.

Premetto che noi non torniamo mai nello stesso posto ... ma a villa elvezia e la seconda volta che torniamo perché ha una vista mozzafiato si ferma il tempo e una villa ben tenuta e super moderna la camera da letto ha vista sul mare! Un giardino con barbecure dove poter grigliare ... un luogo dove il nostro corpo si rilassa dallo stress... una piscina calda e utilizzabile praticamente sempre ... il proprietario Maurizio super disponibile e sempre presente a qualsiasi orario ... complimenti per la cura e la dedizione torneremo sicuramente.

Immersa nel verde e in un contesto di assoluta tranquillità, questa splendida proprietà offre un'esperienza abitativa senza pari. La vista mare e mozzafiato, godibile da ampie terrazze, regala momenti di puro relax. Una bella piscina grande e pulita. La casa e dotata di vari comfort come: il riscaldamento, una cucina ben dotata e un ampiao soggiorno. Un'oasi di pace ideale per chi cerca di rilassarsi in tranquillità.

Die Terrasse, der Pool und der Blick aufs Meer waren toll. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Die Räumlichkeiten waren für zwei Lehrer und 6 Schüler ausreichend groß. Der Vermieter antwortete über whatsapp immer und schnell.

Die Ausstattung der Küche ist spartanisch, die der Zimmer sehr einfach. Außer im Bad war die Sauberkeit in Ordnung. Für die Anzahl der angebotenen Betten gab es zu wenige warme Bettdecken. Die Erreichbarkeit mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist schwierig, der steile Aufstieg zum Haus zu Fuß ist sehr anstrengend, die Straße sehr steil, ein eigenes Fahrzeug ist unabdingbar. Die Wohnung war im System von Booking Com nur für 2 Personen buchbar, obwohl für 12 Personen angegeben. Die nach ein paar Tagen vom Vermieter angeforderten zusätzlichen Reinigungskosten für weitere 6 Personen erhöhten den erst gezahlten Preis um ein Viertel, was für mich beim Buchen nicht erkennbar war.
