Beautiful place

We liked everything, really everything. The astonishing view of the sea with sunbeds. We stayed at the first level appartement. Is very comfortable with everything you need.The homeowner is very friendly and we like to thank him. 100% we gonna go back next year

The property is very comfortable, clean, modern and well equipped, Including table, chairs, sun loungers on the private patio. Beautiful sea view is fabulous. The owner is very caring and helpful. We enjoyed our stay so much that we shall definitely return next year. 100% recommended!

One of the best places we've booked in Italy

We stayed in many places in Italy over the last years and this was one of the best. Very friendly host, clean appartment with excellent facilities (the wifi was good enough to watch Netflix) and very good location (quiet but within walking distance of the beach).

The kitchen is quite dark.

All is fantastic. Pretty new, clean, spectacular view. Close to the beach. Only pay studio room is for 3 ppl. If you are 4, take a bigger room option.

Ein herrlicher Aufenthalt.

Reibungsloser, sympathischer Check In, das Parken war auch mit einem Fiat Tipo kein Problem. Toller Ausblick, tolle Ausstattung. Man kann auch sehr gut heizen. Der Weg zu Fuß zum Strand dauert ca. 10 Minuten, retour ca. 20 Minuten. Man muss aber gut zu Fuß sein. 2 Minuten vom Quartier hat man einen perfekten Ausblick von einem Platz vor einer Kirche. Tolle Ausstattung. Man kann gut kochen.

Es gibt eine Abluft in jedem Schlafzimmer, das Abluftgeräusch hat uns die erste Nacht geweckt. Wir haben aber nicht gefragt, ob man es abstellen kann.

Preis/ Leistung stimmt aber nur für kurz Urlaub

Die Unterkunft liegt oberhalb von Porto Maurizio und das Meer ist in 15min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Dafür hat man einen herrlichen Panoramablick aufs Meer.

Die Ausstattung ist sehr minimalistisch, aber wenn es nur für 5 Tage ist kann es reichen. Die Matratze ist sehr weich, was für mich zu Rückenschmerzen führte. Hatte das gefühl es wäre nur Schaumstoff.

Der Weg ist sehr beschwerlich mit einem VW Bus, extrem enger Weg bis zur Unterkunft.

Wir hatten einen ganz wundervollen Urlaub und haben die Aussicht, die Nähe zum Meer, sowie den Garten sehr genossen. Es gibt einen Fußweg direkt zum Meer.

freundliche Gastgeber, angenehme Privatsphäre dank eigener Terasse mit vielen verschiedenen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten, die Wohnung und die Natur drum herum wurden wunderschön und mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail angelegt, atemberaubender Ausblick

Der Weg zum Strand war etwas beschwerlich (10 Minuten, sehr bergig, nicht gut zu laufen). Und ein Gemeinschaftspool wäre bei der Hitze besonders toll!

Tolle entspannte Tage in einer schönen Ferienwohnung

Die Fewo hat der Beschreibung entsprochen. Sie ist gut und werthaltig eingerichtet und vor allem sehr sauber und gepflegt. Uns hat speziell der Blick auf das Meer begeistert in Verbindung mit dem schönen Garten und lauschigen Plätzchen zum Ausruhen. Ergänzend dazu ist die Abfallentsorgung sehr gut geregelt , alles in der Nähe und gut strukturiert. Auch die Infrastruktur in nächster Nähe mit Supermärkten, der Nähe zum Zentrum und an Strand. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und bemüht uns einen schönen Aufenthalt sicherzustellen.

Die Zufahrt zur Fewo ist hinsichtlich Enge und fahrtauglich für deutsche Verhältnisse etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig aber kein KO Kriterium , nach ein paar Befahrungen bekommt man das gut hin. Mit einem tiefefergelegten Auto würde ich allerdings nicht anreisen:

superbe

Le logement est juste parfait. Très propre. Fonctionnel. Nous avons été accueillis par le frère de Massimo, qui est très très gentil. Il nous a tout expliqué en détail. Et que dire de la vue ; magnifique. Une vue sur la mer, au milieu des oliviers, des fleurs partout. Et d’un calme. La maison est partagée en trois locations, chacun a son intimité et son jardin privatif. Tout est pensé pour que chacun puisse se reposer au calme. Et surtout nous avons pu emmener nos deux chiens.

Underbar plats i Imperia

Ett härligt läge uppe på bergskammen med utsikt över staden och havet.

Utsikten har ett pris, det är en bit att gå medför, och sedan också uppför :). Notera också att google maps visar rätt gata men fel plats, nr 18 är högre upp på berget, och vid grinden nämns inte La Torretta utan bara nr 18.

Heerlijk rustig paradijsje

Schoon en comfortabel huisje, voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt voor een heerlijk verblijf. Terras met geweldig uitzicht op zee. Verschillende hoekjes in de tuin waar je in alle rust kan genieten van de zon. Parkeren op het domein bij het huisje, afgesloten door automatische poort. Op enkele minuten rijden van het centrum en winkels. Wij hebben genoten en raden dit verblijf warm aan.

Toilet wat ongelukkig geplaatst waardoor je niet veel ruimte hebt als je wat groter dan gemiddeld bent, maar zeker geen reden om hier niet te logeren.

Séjour très sympathique dans très belle ville.

Très bel emplacement à 5mn du centre ville avec vue magnifique sur la mer, belle terrasse propriétaire a eu la gentillesse de venir nous chercher car le GPS n'indiquait pas la bonne rue.

Sur l'annonce la maison est notée indépendant alors qu'elle est partagée.

Goed verblijf met spectaculair uitzicht en op wandelafstand van het centrum

De ligging, het prachtige uitzicht, de properheid en de goede bedden.

de douche is goed maar er lekt water onder de deur door. De verwarming is tegelijk een airco en verwarmt maar matig. Het weggetje naar het huisje toe is vrij lastig met de auto begaanbaar, maar voor een ervaren chauffeur en een niet te lage auto goed te doen.

Franchement nous vous recommandons de séjourner à la villa Torretta et de visiter la Ligurie… la vra

La villa Torretta est sans conteste d’un rapport qualité/prix excellent. Tout y est parfait (logements, propreté, décoration, équipements, jardins, abords... dans une ambiance calme et apaisante…). La villa Torretta offre un point de vue superbe sur la mer et les collines avoisinantes… à « 1 encablure » du centre d’Imperia. L’accueil et le service y sont impeccables. Une mention spéciale pour Massimo dont la gentillesse, la chaleurosité et la générosité sont touchantes. Imperia et plus largement la côte et l’arrière-pays de San Remo à Gènes valent « le détour ». On y mange très bien comme partout en Italie 😊.

Die Lage im Olivenhain, der große Gartenbereich, der Blick vom Schlafzimmer aufs Meer, der kurze Fußweg vom Haus zum Meer, der hilfsbereite und freundliche Vermieter bzw. dessen Bruder, die Ruhe, die Hängematte zwischen den Bäumem, der Parkplatz am Haus, die kostenfreie Mitnahme unseres Hundes …

Das Bad ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, sehr kleine Küche mit Esstisch, Feuchtigkeit in der Wohnung
