Exquisite…… we never wanted to leave!

Absolutely everything! The view is spectacular! The apartment is spacious and cosy! We would have stayed longer however it was booked out! In fact we would have stayed forever! We are a family of 4 and are already planning on coming back! It is an easy 10 min walk to the beach - it took a little longer coming back tho because we aren’t super fit! 😂 we had the most perfect couple of days there! We will absolutely be back again! Do not miss the opportunity to stay in this stunning stunning accomodation! Both my kids (11 and 14) fell in love with it! Thank you so much for your kindness Mario. We absolutely love this gorgeous villa! Thank you thank you!

Big rooms in the apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed. The host is very nice. We communicated via whatsapp, wich was very uncomplicated.

Very poor

The people at the office managing the property were very helpful and kind. Views from the shared part of the terrace (not apartment no.3's part) were great.

Terrace is shared between the 3 apartments in the villa. Since the sound / light isolation is almost nonexistent, how your neighbors use the terrace affects your experience immensely. We were lucky with the first two families as they were not noisy, didn't barbecue on the terrace and had children themselves that needed to go to bed earlier. Our last neighbors were a group of young men, who started barbecuing around 10:30 PM, stayed up until 2-3 AM, listened to music on the terrace during this time, and kept the lights on all night. The second bed in apartment number 3 is in the kitchen / entrance, where there are no shades / isolation. This makes it unusable in the summer as this side also sees the sunrise. The apartment is located on a hill, 100 meters above the sea level. Roads are not pedestrian friendly. Walking to the beach or the restaurants in the evening is an adventure. The reception where the keys can be picked up is far from the property.

Fantastic stay!

The appartment was very complete! You can cook a decent mail. The view is magnificent, in apartment 1 (of 3) we had two terrasses, two bathrooms. It’s big and nice.

The view comes with a price, the walk down is quite long. We could not find a washingmachine in our appartement. We found quite a lot of “Scutigeromorpha” (a sort of centipede) in our apartment, we did not got stung by them but they look awful!

Everything that I rated earlier as excellent!!

1- A small concern is that the lighter to ignite the stove was out of fuel. Not being a smoker, I do not carry a lighter with me. It was inconvenient due to the fact I had picked up items to make my own coffee and eggs but could not use the stove. I had to ask several neighbours if they had a lighter to lend. 2- A bigger concern was that I did not receive the email from Booking.com before I left my previous accommodation in the morning. I travelled for 9 hours to try and find the location this accommodation was at. I went back and forth between Imperia and San Bartolomeo twice trying to find the addresses written in the instructions on the original confirmation of the BnB. The instructions that were sent to me the morning of my arrival were clearer but I was not able to read it until I had arrived at a place that had wifi. Very confusing and frustrating. I hope there is a way for Booking.com to make that info very very clear in the future. Maybe sending the instruction two days prior to arrival could work better for travellers that do not have consistent wifi access to receive emails. Thanks.

Fabulous

This is our third stay at the Villa Chiara apartment found on Piazza San Antonio in the Marina of Porto Maurizio, Imperia West. We love that it's right there next to the beach (it takes 45 seconds to reach the nearest beach) and then the port and pier where we can take long walks. The piazza has a lovely set of restaurants including L'Oasi de Pizze which is great for families, owner is French and very friendly. We also like that the apartment is very reasonably priced for the location and season (we always go in October) and normally during this season you can still swim and get sun. This time the WIFI worked well (improvements were made) which made it nice for us. Finally the best thing about it is that among the cute restaurants and cafés around Piazza San Antonio is the best ice creamery (gelateria) of the whole area, the Italians come and line up to get the best, called 'l'AQUOLINO'--rated 2nd in Imperia overall but should be first! The kids can walk there easily, it's next to a playground, they have crepes, waffles, and amazing home made ice cream at reasonable prices.

We like this apartment as it is. It is indeed simple and nothing fancy, but has all the amenities in the kitchen for cooking and is fitted with all the comforts. So there's nothing we don't like.

trés bien! on s'est régalé dans la villa et la région

nous étions 8 et avons loué les 2 appartements contigus. c'était parfait pour notre groupe : la cuisine de l'appartement 2 étant assez grande pour nous accueillir tous les 8 pour partager le petit déjeuner ou une pizza le soir l'emplacement était top avec une belle vue sur Impéria qui nous a permis de voir les feux d'arifice du 31 décembre sans aller en ville! facilité de parking , calme, belle terrasse. restaurants et supermarché à 10mn max d'ailleurs bonne recommandations du propriétaire! piste cyclable et location de vélos à 6mn!

seul bémol : manque de pression d'eau dans le 2ème appartement: il ne fallait pas que quelqu'un fasse couler de l'eau ailleurs si quelqu'un se douchait!

«Понравился только вид на море» Из всего проживания больше всего понравился вид на море — особенно по вечерам, когда всё вокруг залито мягким светом. Очень красиво и атмосферно. Это действительно запомнилось.

В доме было не слишком уютно, не хватало той теплой атмосферы, которая особенно важна для комфортного отдыха. В целом, хотелось бы немного больше уюта и уединения, чтобы чувствовать себя расслабленно и спокойно.

Das besten aus dem Möglichen gemacht!

Sehr gut gefallen hat uns die grandiose Aussicht von der Terrasse. Außerdem waren wir überglücklich eine Klimaanlage in dieser FeWo zu haben.

Der gesamte Eindruck der Anlage. Der Pflegezustand entspricht nicht den Bildern auf Booking. Außerdem: - Steckdosen/Schalter teilweise defekt GEFÄHRLICH - Kühlschrank defekt, lief aber - Küchenausstattung war gefühlt schon 20 Jahre alt und sehr sehr übersichtlich - Couch (soll auch ein Schlafplatz sein) völlig durchgesessen mit sehr sehr schmutzigen Kissen - einziger TV war winzig und hing über dem Kühlschrank - Bett im Schlafzimmer war nur ein Kopfgestell. Der Rest von dem Bettgestell fehlte. Die Matratze liegt auf einem Gestell, was scheinbar nicht zum Bett gehört. Die Matratze ist Bretthart (ich 110 kg bin nicht eingesunken) Kopfkissen sollten mitgebracht werden. - der Kleiderschrank löste sich auf (Furnier löste sich großflächig) außerdem befanden sich noch 2 kleine Plastikkommoden mit je drei Schubladen im Schlafzimmer ??? - Duschen war gefährlich, da sich die Wassertemperatur von allein regelt. - Sonnenliegen waren stark verschmutzt. Ich/wir kennen den italienischen Stil (waren bereits mehrmals dort) und wissen dass es hier einen anderen Standard gibt. Jedoch ist dieses Objekt bzw. die FeWo3 gefühlt nur noch zum Geld abschöpfen gedacht. Wir haben uns trotz allem einen schönen Urlaub gemacht und besuchen Italien weiterhin und hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

Wir hatten das Appartement Nr1. Es war auf zwei Etagen verteilt. Für eine vierköpfige Familie genau das richtige. Die Lage ist super, und die Aussicht ist einfach perfekt. Mario hat uns wichtige Tipps für die Gegend gegeben. Und wenn Hilfe nötig ist, hat man die Möglichkeit ihn telefonisch zu erreichen.

Die Duschen waren für mich persönlich etwas zu eng. Da ist einfach der heimische Standart anders wie im Urlaub. Dem ein oder anderen würde der Zustand nicht so gefallen, doch ich muss sagen: ich bin im Urlaub und möchte den mit anderen Dingen genießen.

Appartement idéal pour visiter Impéria et sa région

L'emplacement à 5 minutes de la mer , au calme, en hauteur avec une belle vue mer dans une belle bâtisse. La réactivité de notre hôte lors du problème pratique auquel nous avons du faire passe en soirée . Appartement confortable et correspondant à nos attentes.

Un petit bémol : Literie un peu trop ferme pour nous.
