This is a great gem of a find, the Seaview is excellent and the host was very kind and hospitable. The flat is comfortable and fully equipped. If I travel to that area again I would definitely staying here again.

We were very satisfied and seriously consider visiting it again in the future.

Overall the location is just splendid, just outside of Imperia on a hill looking down on a part of the city and the sea. Our host Luca was very friendly and responsive and brought us several times fresh eggs and vegetables from the property. A big plus is the small scale (5 apartments spread over 3 blocks) as well as the nice pool area with sitting and lounge facilities.

Apart from the fact that he bed could be a bit longer (it was a bit too short for me, and I am just 1.83 meters tall) and from the car parking area you need to take short steep walk to the apartments, there is really nothing else to comment.

Exceptional

An excellent location with a very beautiful view at the sea and olive trees surrounded. A big parking space that was important to us because we have arrived with a big car and we also had 2 motorbikes. Very friendly and supportive people, we really can only recommend to stay there!

Nice place to stay!

A great view of the sea! There were a couple of chickens that were very calm and stayed next to you, they were fun companions to have.

There are alot of mosquitos, make sure to bring something to save yourself from getting bit!

A hidden gem! Host was so helpful & friendly. Apartment is exceptionally clean with the most amazing views. Little basket on arrival of local food products was such a lovely touch.

Sehr schöne Lage im Olivenhain mit Blick aufs Meer vom Wohnzimmer und der Terrasse aus Auch im Dezember/Januar war die Wohnung angenehm warm Durch die Morgensonne konnte man sogar auf der Terrasse frühstücken Sehr angenehm ruhig. Auch die Autobahn war kaum zu hören

Blumenriviera, Meer in unmittelbarer Nähe und Entspannung und Ruhe in der Wohnung, sehr schön!

Schöne Olivenfarm über der Stadt Imperia an der Blumenriviera, mit sehr komfortabler Wohnung und Pool. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir wurden auch sehr freundlich empfangen. Wir haben uns noch das äußert leckere Olivenöl vor Ort gekauft mit der einzigartigen Qualität. Man hat die Ruhe und dennoch die Nähe zur Stadt. Wir haben eine Radtour unternommen auf dem tollen Radweg der am Meer entlang bis Sanremo führt (ca. 34km flacher super ausgebauter Weg). In die andere Richtung wird noch gebaut und wird 2026 weiter eröffnet. Der Weg zur Wohnung hoch ist steil und mit e-bike kein Problem. Ohne Akku muss man geübter, ausdauernder Fahrer sein.

Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Keine Beanstandungen.

wir hatten kein Frühstück

Der Weg vom Parkplatz bis zum Appartment war sehr lang und es war mühsam mit dem Gepäck. Der Eingang war schwer zu finden, weil der Name nicht von der Strasse aus erkennbar war.

Sehr schön und sehr nett

Traumhafte Lage oberhalb von Imperia, mit toller Aussicht und umgeben von Olivenbäumen. Sehr nette Gastgeber, mit sehr guter Betreuung und Erreichbarkeit für die Gäste. Den schönen Pool haben wir gerne genutzt. Kommunikation in Englisch. Ausstattung mit Klimaanlage und Fliegengittern vor den Fenstern! Hier würden wir gerne wieder Urlaub machen.

Séjour exceptionnel !!

L'endroit est magnifique, très bien entretenu avec une vue sur la mer, un parc avec des oliviers, une belle piscine !!! un accueil exceptionnel, Luca nous a très bien accueillis, nous a présenté l'appartement (très propre et bien équipé), nous a offert de bons œufs, des citrons et surtout une merveilleuse huile d'olive qu'il produit sur son domaine. Nous avons adoré cet endroit, tout est organisé pour un séjour de qualité, serein et reposant. Merci Luca et Valéria.

Aussicht ist nicht alles

- Hammer Aussicht mit schöner Terrasse zum Essen, Entspannen und Spielen für unsere kleine Maus (1 3/4 Jahre) - schönes, relativ neues Apartment - Willkommensgruß mit Salat, eingelegte Oliven, 5x Eier, Olivenöl und 2x Zitronen - sehr netter Empfang durch Vater Luca, diesen hat man immer wieder angetroffen und er war immer sehr freundlich auch zu unserer kleinen Tochter, immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht - schnelle Hilfe oder Rückmeldung wenn man etwas benötigt

- Der Hinweg ist sehr steil, kurvig und sehr enge Straßen, trotz Tipp für einen besseren Weg, als Fahranfänger sehr schwierig oder Auto mit zu wenig PS - lt. Bildern wirkt es wie ein Haus mit 3x Apartments und einem Pool ... aber es sind was wir gesehen haben, 3x Häuser mit ca. 3x Apartments pro Haus und ein Pool. Beim Pool gab es 10x Liegen und 4x Schirme, bei voller Auslastung könnte es knapp werden... zudem kam leider dazu das wir nicht direkt bei dem Haus waren wo es schnell zum Pool geht, wir mussten einen ziemlich steilen Weg nach unten zum Haus mit dem Pool laufen und zurück steil bergauf, diese Strecke legst du alleine schon nicht gern bei ca. 30° zurück und mit kleinem Kind mit ca. 11kg, das den Weg nicht alleine gehen kann sondern getragen werden muss, schon dreimal nicht... für uns als Familie ist das leider ein großes NoGo - Im Apartment das sehr spartanisch eingerichtet ist, gibt es leider sehr wenig Ablagefläche, keine Fensterbretter oder gar richtige Nachtkästchen, wer Kinder hat, versteht das vielleicht besser, für andere ist dies vielleicht eher unwichtig - es gibt WLAN, dieses ist im Apartment ganz gut, auf der Terrasse wurde es dann schon etwas schlechter und am Pool, hatten wir garkein WLAN, das ist für uns jetzt nicht elementar, könnte aber für andere wichtig sein

Schöner Aufenthalt in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort und wieder vollauf zufrieden. Das Appartement war sauber, gepflegt und modern ausgestattet. Das Objekt verfügt über einen sehr schönen Außenpool den wir aber aufgrund der Jahreszeit nicht genutzt haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in aussichtsreicher Lage.

Ruhige Lage mit phantastischer Aussicht nicht nur von der schönen Terrasse aus, sondern auch aus dem Wohnraum. Moderne Einrichtung, alle notwendigen Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden. Alles war sehr sauber und die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und bei Bedarf erreichbar.

Herrliche Aussicht, herzliche Menschen, sehr schönes Apartment in idyllischem Ambiente.

Fantastische Aussicht von der Terrasse und aus der sehr schönen Wohnung. Moderne und gepflegte Ausstattung. Herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Frische Eier und wunderbares Olivenöl aus eigener Produktion als Gastgeschenk. Sehr schöne Anlage mitten zwischen Olivenbäumen. Problemlos mit dem Auto erreichbar. Natur und Strand in 15 bis 20 min Autofahrt gut zu erreichen.

Man hört auf der Terrasse die Autobahn wie Meeresrauschen. Stört nur, wenn man echte Ruhe sucht. Man braucht ein Auto oder Ebike oder einen Motorroller, wenn man etwas unternehmen möchte.

Heerlijke vakantie op een prachtige locatie

Prachtige locatie met een schitterend uitzicht. De weg er naar toe is even zoeken, maar wel te doen. Navigatie kent het huisnummer niet. Midden tussen de olijfbomen waar kippen en een pony rondlopen. Ontvangst was erg vriendelijk. De communicatie vooraf aan ons verblijf was erg prettig. Er werd snel gereageerd op berichten. Accommodatie zag er verzorgd uit, zowel het appartement, de faciliteiten als de omgeving. Zeker een aanrader!! Bij aankomst lagen er 4 eieren en een flesje zelfgemaakte olijfolie klaar.

Er is ons helemaal niets tegengevallen

Perfekter Urlaub in wunderschöner Umgebung

Die Lage war fantastisch- Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer und Imperia mitten in Olivenhainen gelegen, wunderschöner großer Pool mit super Wasserqualität ( ohne Chlor), kostenloser Parkplatz und sehr netter Vermieter. Wir wurden mit frischen Eiern, Oliven und Olivenöl empfangen.
