quite nice

the view was pretty, it was close to the beach and it was near a little shop that sells food and stuff. it was never loud and quite nice to relax there.

the bathroom could be a little cleaner and in the apartment itself there were ants.

Amazing location with great facilities and host

Everything about the place is good, the location is so so perfect right at the harbour and 5 minutes from beaches and shops, 12 restaurants and 4 different gelato places, gym. The space was practical and comfortable.

One can always nit pick about a place even when it's amazing. All I would recommend is more pillows, some wine glasses a better cutting knife but other than these very small things the place was awesome.

Not good

If you’re looking to be truly amazed — this is the apartment for you. Let me break it down for you. We rented this place for 7 days and were genuinely shocked at how many basic things we had to buy ourselves — things that should’ve obviously been included. Let’s start with salt. Yes, salt. (There was no sugar either, but we didn’t need it — thankfully.) Now tell me, who uses an entire 500g pack of salt in a week? No one. But guess what? You still have to go out, buy it, use a teaspoon of it, and then either throw it away or pack it with you on your 1,500 km journey back home. Delightful, isn’t it? Now repeat that logic with cleaning supplies. Like toilet cleaner — I mean, some people do like to keep the toilet clean while they’re staying somewhere for a week. But not here. We asked the owner if there was any cleaning product available. No reply. Zero. Nada. Maybe the owner assumed we’d buy it ourselves and leave it behind as a generous gift for the next lucky guests? Same with laundry detergent. None provided. So yeah — a quick trip to the store for a €50 shopping spree on salt, detergent, toilet cleaner, etc. All for just a few uses. And then straight into the trash. What a sustainable approach! Let’s talk about the mop. Oh yes, the legendary mop. Because, you know, people stay here for A WEEK. They walk around. Things get dirty. And guess what — they might want to clean the floor! We asked about a mop (not even mentioning a vacuum cleaner — which, believe me, has never even visited this place). Silence. Again. Beautiful silence from the host. Now to the toilet paper. We were three people. For seven days. And we were graced with a single opened roll of toilet paper. Standard size. You can guess what we did. That’s right — off to the store again! The iron? A total disaster. So bad, it ruined a T-shirt. The bed and the sofa bed? Uncomfortable is an understatement. The sofa’s basically a piece of furniture begging to be retired.

Imperia best stay

Check in was perfect, the host was really helpful with all our request. We originaly booked for 3 nights and ended up staying for a week, we head to france and came all the way back for couple more nights because it was one of the best stays we had in europe. I would really recommend this place for anyone.

This apartment is close to all restaurants, shops, amenities, beaches and the marina.

I was working in the marina so it was a 5 minute walk to all the yachts, very close and easy to find when I arrived. It was clean, functional, plenty of hot water for showers and washing and the heating worked really well as it was a bit cold when I first arrived. Very happy and will stay there again when I work in Imperia next.

Ding Dong, The church next door can be a bit annoying as the bell chimes every hour telling the hour and on the half hour. If you like old churches with a bit of singing and you especially love hearing old church bells, then this is the place for you.

The location was absolutely perfect, right next to the central church and well connected to the rest of the old town. Super close to the beach and the port too. The apartment is well equipped and big enough to be very comfortable for 2 or even 3 people. The decoration makes it very homey ☺️

The light bulbs could be changed to a warmer light.

Good location, the beach is 5-7 mins away, many restaurants near by. There is a place to take a walk in the evening(marina etc)

1. Parking not at the hotel, free parking 15 minutes from the apartment (not critical, but still) 2. The bell of the church (yes, indeed) kept us awake even in the middle of the night. 3. Host asked to pay for towels -_-(kind of what?)

Top Lage. Die Wohnung ist für 2-3 Tage ok.

Top Lage am Hafen! Schöne Terrasse (ohne Meerblick)

Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr minimalistisch. Wir hätten uns mehr Besteck gewünscht. Die Gläser und das Besteck mussten wir erst spülen. Sie waren sehr schmierig. Die Wohnung war allerdings sonst sehr sauber. Das Bad ist sehr eng. In der Nähe der Wohnung ist ein Glaskontainer, der auch viel in der Nacht genutzt wird. Die Treppe ist grenzwertig, da die Auftrittshöhe bis zu 4 cm unterschiedlich ist.

Sehr schöne Lage, direkt beim Hafen von Borgo Marina (auch wenn der kleine Platz vor dem Haus Treffpunkt von Männern ist, die sich ab dem Vormittag lustig einen zwitschern). Schöne Ausstattung, kein unpersönliches Ikea-Mobiliar, wir fanden es gemütlich. Man sollte kein Problem mit Treppen haben. Alles gut - Sauberkeit, Heizung, Ausstattung der Küche, Schlüsselübergabe. Es gibt allerdings keinen privaten Parkplatz.

Прежде всего винтовая лестница до спального места, очень неудобно! Скудные кухонные принадлежности, нет кофеварки, нет микроволновой печи. Нет балкона. Кондиционер в спальне очень старый и очень шумный, ночью невозможно включить.

Appartamento molto spazioso, pulito, fresco e luminoso, con terrazzino esterno. Possiede tutte le comodità di un appartamento: stoviglie, pentole, padelle, stendino etc. La posizione è ottima, centrale, vicina alle spiaggette più carine di Porto Maurizio. Il parcheggio grande e gratuito dista circa 300m. I proprietari sono accoglienti e simpatici.

La scaletta a chiocciola per accedere alla stanza da letto potrebbe essere pericolosa per persone più anziane o con difficoltà motorie.

Parking gratuit à 500 mètres. Proximité du port et des plages. Plage gratuite ce qui est rare en Italie.

Un escalier colimaçon pour accéder à la mezzanine très étroit, raide, dangeureux. Le balcon annnocé n'est qu'un bout de 60 cm de large face aux cheminées d'aération. Hotte aspirante non fonctionnelle. Canapé vésuste. Manque des plats pour servir les repas.
