Imperia is a great place to visit

Absolutely amazing sea view from the garden and the pool; Walking distance to the marina, old town and restaurants; Stunning garden with palm trees; Various types of sun beds

Parking fees of EUR 20 per day, not mentioned before booking; Limited supplies provided (only one garbage bag and one dishwasher tab); No dishwashing liquid, sugar or salt available; Third bed for our kids wasn’t ready upon arrival; Our kids experienced some minor skin irritation after swimming in the pool

Friendly owner, a very nice property which is very roomy, well equipped, and with great views.

Due to its elevated location, the property is a little bit of a walk into the town/marina and the return is up a steep hill.

I arrive to the area and it was just in the middle of nowhere , the owner was very unpleasant, in the end after I see the apartment I ask him not to stay sins it was Notting like the picture , the owner turn to be a bit agressive and ask me to go fast , I cancel the booking and he say he will not charge , finely sure he charge 100% on the price It was not a lot of money , just terrible expirance

beautiful but not functional apartment; poor host and service

1. beautiful apartment, furnished with character 2. very spacious rooms 3. good AC in all rooms 4. big terrace 5. nice view 6. parking inside the yard

1. non-functional apartment (no wardrobe or even a coat rack -- table too high for the low chairs (ate standing up) -- single matrasses on queen size bed which left an uncomfortable gap -- metallic uncomfortable chairs on the terrace -- unable to adjust water temperature in the main shower) 2. not clean enough (dishwasher smelled very badly, we couldn't use it --- stains on sheets and towels) 3. unstable wifi connection (dropped 3 times during a 3-day stay) 4. host: by far the worst service ever, especially disappointing for such a place & price (no welcoming info, not even his name, let alone info about apartment/area -- didn't help with wifi issues, insisted it worked even when it didn't -- provided inaccurate info about extra charges before arrival (parking and tourist tax); since he only accepts cash, we had to scramble to come up with the right amount -- no basics for the kitchen (salt etc); we asked, he promised to bring but didn't -- very very defensive, thinks he is right, not helpful, didn't accept complaints/feedback

Relaxing if you have a car

The swimming pool with a beautiful view, I had it all for myself, the house had smart tv's in the living room and the bedrooms for full comfort. House was very clean and tidy.

There was not even a bottle of water or a sachet of coffee in the house for this price, which for me was disappointing. The closest supermarket (Carrefour) and any restaurant is a good 20 minutes walk, so essentially you have to have a car to stay here, or carry everything up the hill on foot. It's slightly secluded but very quiet.

Everything was absolutely perfect, the view, the Appartement, the pool, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the wonderful view of Imperia, the sea and Porto Maurizio. We can‘t wait to come back again, definitely. Thank you for everything!

ampio appartamento rilassante!!

La casa è bella: ha un ampio salotto con tv, due grandi e particolari camere da letto con tv, due bagni altrettanto spaziosi e molto carini. Ha anche delle grandi vetrate da cui si vede il paesaggio! Noi non abbiamo cucinato ma la casa è ben attrezzata! I dintorni della casa sono caratteristici, è immersa nella natura ma allo stesso tempo è vicina ai servizi. C’è anche parcheggio vicino. Ci tornerei volentieri!

Darei solo due consigli: il primo è di mettere delle tende oscuranti nelle camere da letto per non far entrare la luce del sole la mattina presto. Il secondo è quello di rendere un po’ più flessibile il check out (anche a pagamento) per permettere anche a chi è stato solo una notte (come noi, purtroppo arrivati anche tardi) di potersi godere qualche ora in più la casa durante il giorno!

Appartamento ben curato nei minimi dettagli e silenzioso. Esperienza da ripetere.

La tranquillità, molto silenzioso, La vista spettacolare sul porto e la città vecchia. Presenza di una piscina ed ampio spazio relax esterno. Purtroppo siamo in inverno ma riproverò d'estate.

Qualche difficoltà nel localizzare il civico 72, è una numerazione interna. Ma risolto in pochi minuti.

Die Lage auf dem Berg mit Blick auf das Meer und die Stadt, ein Traum. Das Apartment war absolut riesig und gut azsgestattet, schönes Design, ein toller Garten mit Pool und Parkplatz. Loungemöbel auch auf der Terrasse.

Très bon séjour je reviendrai en espérant que quelques améliorations seront faites en terme d'équipements

Vue nagnifique, emplacement au calme, appartement et propriétée superbe.

Manque un micro ondes, petites casseroles, vaisselle un peu juste, un kit d'arrivée avec éponge, torchon, sel, poivre, huile, vinaigre. Mettre une nappe sur la table blanche extérieure abimée. Manque de lumiere sur la terrasse devant et sur le côté. Le parking dans la propriétée est payant, il devait être inclus dans le prix.. Trop cher, 15€ par jour !!

Riesiges Appartement und tolle Aussicht.

Die Lage und die Aussicht sind herrlich. Die Größe des Appartements ist riesig. Der Pool ist sauber und groß genug um ein paar Bahnen zu schwimmen. Von Imperia aus kann man viele Ausflüge machen. Monaco und Nizza sind mit dem Auto für einen Tagesausflug in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen (ca. 70 Minuten).

Uitstekende lokatie Heerlijk zwembad Parkeren op het eigen terrein

Afstand naar het strand Je moest via een trap naar beneden niet zo fijn met 2 slechte knieen.

Een prachtig comfortabel rustig appartement met mooi uitzicht.

We hadden een zeer ruim mooi ingericht appartement. Alles aanwezig ,met uitzicht op het prachtige dorpje imperia. Ook een ruim terras met lounge bank en parasol op 10 meter van het zwembad. Auto konden we parkeren op het besloten terrein. Het is een prachtige plek.

Niets viel echt tegen, maar naar de boulevard en strand moest je 15 minuten de berg aflopen ,maar terug is het een hele klim. Gelukkig rijden er taxi’s en hadden we een auto.

Casa accogliente

Padrone di casa scortese,nessun servizio per colazione,neanche una bottiglia d'acqua. Niente per la doccia ne per la lavatrice. Venduta con prezzo per un sei posti letto ma il divano letto è peggio di un letto di chiodi
