Not a pleasant stay

The View

The photos in bookings don't tell the truth. Apartments are way smaller. Only 1 or 2 lucky guests will get the ones in photos maybe. 28 square M without AC for us was really hard. Bedroom is around 4 by 4 , 3 of us had to sleep in it with an old fan. No air-conditioning system in many of the houses offered, so u really need to run away from the place and come back very late just to sleep. The rooms are too small for 4 people to sleep in. Even tho they tell you in bookings it's enough for up to 6 person. But the house could take from size prospective max 3. There are 4 beds yes but very uncomfortable. For the time we stayed (5 days) WiFi wasn't working, a technician came last day and fixed it, but one small Router by the pool for the whole place!!? No chance.. Signal didn't reach our room anyways. The heat in the house in really bad u can't stay in, u can't really sleep outside because of the insects. The price-value is really not good, we paid less for a house with 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. All Hotels in area have similar prices, with bigger place and AC. We pay extra for sheets, only one washing machine for everyone to use at the entrance of the property, and u also pay extra for washing extra for drying! The Road to the upper part of the property is really bad , not suitable for low cars. Place is of course not reachable without a car. This place should not cost this much, bookings should ask the property to change photos to each apartment as it is. And update info. We weren't happy with our stay, we considered to cut the trip and head back second day, but of course non-refundable payment. I Rate 2, for the mountain view only. Otherwise 0

Good place for relaxation- very quiet and secure. On site facilities adequate. Staff very accommodating and friendly. The property is also clean. On site free parking is a bonus.

No WiFi connectivity. Difficult to reach on public transport. You will need private vehicle to get there and don't forget to bring your own bedsheets and towels if not - you will have to pay the rent charge of 10 euros per person.

Prachtige locatie op een heuvel overladen met gastvrijheid

We hebben daar de Italiaanse vriendelijkheid mogen ervaren van Cristina en haar vriend! Ze hebben ons fantastisch geholpen bij het zoeken van een garage voor onze auto. Cristina is een parel! Het appartement had een ruim terras met een super mooi uitzicht op de zee en het zwembad. Alles was zeer proper en goed voorzien. Op een heuvel en een paar scherpe bochten dus best uitdagend om daar te geraken met een volgeladen busje.

Voor ons persoonlijk waren de bedden te hard.

Das Apartment ist wenige Minuten Außerhalb von Imperia, es war sehr entspannt und ruhig. Supermärkte ect. sind in der Nähe und gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem netten und unkomplizierten Kontakt. Vielen Dank! :)

entspannter, selbstbestimmter, störungsfreier Urlaub zu einem annehmbaren Preis!!!!

Lage ist nett, ruhig, nicht an einer stark befahrenen Straße, etwas abseits auch vom Zentrum, Pool ist schön, man kann einen schönen, angenehmen, ruhigen Urlaub dort verbringen, Hunde dürfen mit ohne Aufpreis, es gibt einen guten Gassiweg unweit vom Grundstück, Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, den defekten Wasserkocher haben wir zeitnah ausgetauscht bekommen. Unterkünfte eignen sich sehr gut, wenn man mit Freunden gemeinsam Urlaub machen möchte

das Grundstück bräuchte mal ein „Face Lifting“ Wege, Poolumrandung und auch in der Wohnung könnte hier und da mal etwas erneuert werden, Wohnungen sind hellhörig

Christina et amies toujours aussi aimables et reactifs, parle français ,tres gentils .grandes pièces,propre,rez de chaussée avec grande sortie et fauteuils extérieurs confortables . Sensation de liberté ,belle campagne Italienne. 2ieme séjour pour nous.

Juste insonorisation parfois difficile entre les appartements. Attention voitures basses a la montée, comme beaucoup d endroits en Italie.

Struttura immersa nel verde in una posizione tranquilla. Ottimo patio per pranzare e cenare all'aperto. Cristina persona squisita

Poca privacy. Appartamenti molto vicini tra loro. Questo purtroppo crea molta confusione se gli altri ospiti non sono rispettosi. Molta confusione già alla mattina presto che ha reso difficile il riposo. Poca manutenzione nelle aree esterne. Materasso del divano da sostituire. Già visto scritto in altre recensioni credo che la proprietà dovrebbe intervenire immediatamente. Dormire sui materassi sfondati e che non assolvono più alla loro funzione non è ammissibile . Stradina che porta all'alloggio non per tutti: stretta e molto ripida.

Una vacanza accogliente e rilassante

Cristina é un' host eccellente, gentilissima, disponibile e professionale. Lo spazio é meraviglioso, immerso negli ulivi e nella natura. Le piscine sono stupende. L'appartamento dove abbiamo alloggiato é confortevole e con tutto il necessario e i comfort. Il personale della struttura è gentile e professionale. Siamo state benissimo e non vediamo l'ora di tornare.

Appartamento spazioso e ben fornito di tutto o quasi, Cristina accogliente e disponibile a risolvere problemi se si verificano.

Consiglio a Cristina di cambiare i materassi del letto le molle del materasso si sentivano notevolmente sulla schiena , anche il divano aveva materasso imbarcato. È ora di cambiarli,penso che Cristina lo farà sicuramente.

La magnifique terrasse avec les tables pour manger dehors avec une vue imprenable sur les collines et la piscine … Les 2 salles de bain et surtout la propreté des lieux !!!

Mooi en rustig gelegen, vlot bereikbaar.

1. In het appartement (met 1 slaapkamer) naast het onze verbleven 6 personen (4 volwassenen en 2 tieners), die tot na middernacht luidruchtig waren en op zondag gedurende 4 uur het zwembad bezet hielden. Ik heb moeten vragen of ik 5 minuten mocht zwemmen en zelfs dan duurde het even voor ze één van de tieners uit het zwembad kregen. 2. Alles is verouderd, de deurhendel viel af, iemand viel bijna in het zwembad omwille van loszittende stenen errond, ik moest dekens leggen op de matras omdat je elke springveer kon voelen, de dampkap openen was onmogelijk (er viel een stuk bijna op ons) ...
