Quiet location, just steps from the sea, from the beaches and the old town of Porto Maurizio.
The apartment is on the second floor of a stone house. And 'living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and washing machine, double bedroom and attic bedroom with 2 beds.
It has a large terrace located in quiet corner of garden view where you can enjoy a little 'cool on warm summer evenings.
Private parking lot.
The accommodation is close to all amenities.
Within walking distance there are two villages: Borgo Foce and Borgo Prino where you'll find a bar with terrace by the sea and you can relax, have breakfast, have a drink or dinner. Leave your car and walk to the beach clubs, pizzerias, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, kiosks, Internet / point, banks, post office, bus stops. Visit the Parasio which offers a breathtaking view, the solemn Cathedral of San Maurizio in neoclassical style, the Naval Museum International Ponente Ligure, the Museum of the Nativity. Imperia is the Blue Flag award winner that certifies the environmental quality of the sea and the coast. And 'famous for the precious olive oil: to Oneglia (reachable by bus) just 5 min. you can visit the Olive Museum.

At first, we were a little unsure about the size and location of the apartment. But it was a wonderful stay, thanks to the apartment and Mara. We really enjoyed the location. The short distances: shopping, the sea, restaurants and the new cycle path on the old railway line. The apartment met the different needs of our family members. Our daughter (14) was able to retreat, we were able to spend the evenings on the terrace and our little one loved going on adventures on the different floors and using the terrace for his water games. Mara was, as described several times by other guests, nice, helpful and always available. We hope to have the opportunity to spend our holiday with Mara again soon.Facts:Everything was very clean.Air conditioning worked perfectly.Gas stove was great.Kitchen was well to very well equipped, maybe a kettle would be nice :) but not a must.Utensils such as cleaning products, sponges, cloths, brooms, etc. all availableWell-designed and functional layout of the roomsTasteful furnishingsNice neighboursAnd best of all, a starter pack (water, pasta, oil and pesto) THANK YOU MARA CU SOON

A very Nice, cosy and clean apartment with a lovely terrace.
Location was excellent near the Beach, supermarkets, shops, bakery, the Old town and the centre of Imperia.
The apartment is placed In the centre of the city but still in a very quiet area.
Mara is a very kind person who always is reachable and she wants the best for her quests. A perfect host.

My husband and I stayed at this amazing VRBO for about a week. It is super clean and very close to the best restaurants and the beach area. There’s a grocery store down the block and a weekly market also around the corner. The apartment is spacious and has a nice terrace. We sat out there every night and shared a bottle of wine. The VRBO host was the nicest and was always available when we had questions. I strongly recommend it for anyone going to Imperia to visit. Thank you, Marra! We hope to go back soon!
