Appartamento Vista mare con Piscina Cala di Sole

La ubicación, el balcón con vista al mar.

En realidad todo estuvo muy bueno pero no es óptimo para 4 adultos. Se reduce demasiado el espacio usando el sillón para dormir.

Die Lage des Appartements ist sehr schön. Nahe des Meeres, einer kleinen Promenade, eines Supermarktes und eines guten Cafés. Die Anlage ist ruhig gelegen und der große Pool ist innerhalb der Anlage. Leider war er gesperrt weil er saniert wurde. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und wir durften ab dem 2. Tag die Tiefgarage gegen einen Aufpreis von 10€ benutzen. So konnten wir auch unsere Fahrräder sicher abstellen. Das Appartement war sehr sauber. Richtig super ist die Fahrradstraße von Imperia nach San Remo. Sehr schön zu fahren immer am Meer entlang.

Die Sitzmöbel auf dem Balkon waren nicht sehr bequem und in der Küche haben wir einige Dinge vermisst. Diese Dinge haben wir uns kurzerhand gekauft und alles war perfekt.

The location is great - the sea is near, supermarket and pharmacy 20 meters away, plenty of cafes and restaurants and a mini amusement park

First of all - forget about the swimming pool. If you are considering this apartment because of the swimming pool (like we did) - better look for something else. There is a list of 14 rules that you have to sign to be allowed to the swimming pool. And there is a super unfriendly and impolite lifeguard lady who really pushes to extreme imposing those rules (yet, she smokes half a meter away from a non smoking sign). The atmosphere of the swimming pool is more like a prison (with a prison guard instead of a lifeguard) than a vacation place for families. Check out Google maps for reviews on this place - you will see many people being super unhappy about the swimming pool Secondly, the apartment itself could have been in a much better state. E.g. the sofa (which is super old and not comfortable to sleep on) was broken and the hosts fixed it with a steel wire. When my kid was getting off the sofa she severly scratched her leg (one month later the would is still seen). We reached out to the host and they said they would fix it later (although we had more than a week of stay ahead) and seemingly did not care too much Lots of things in the apartment give an impression that the owner just doesn't care too much: the freezer in the fridge was all covered in snow, no curtains in the bathroom (so that the floor would always get wet), towels were super old (one of them was with Valentino Rossi's bike from the beginning of 2000), so we bought new towels; there was not even a bottle opener and cutting board was almost impossible to use (it had kind of waves because it was overused). All these can be fixed without any major expenses, and it's a pity it was in this state All in all it was not a bad value for money, but mostly because of the location than the apartment itself

Grand appartement au calme dans résidence sécurisée. Acces à la piscine. A deux pas de la mer et de la promenade qui va jusqu'au cœur de la ville. Possibilité garer voiture pour 10 euros par jour . Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

Pas de grille pain . Pas de Cafetière expresso mais une moka facile à utiliser
