Very big and comfortable apartment with sea view. There are everything for the long stay. The owner is very kind and friendly. He has very good restaurant with amazing testy food just 5 minutes away from apartment, we took almost all dinner there. We will difficulty stay there, if we will back.

Excellent location, great seaview, beach right in front. Bakery shop, cafe & restaurants next door. centre Porto Maurizio and Borgo Parasio at walking distance.

Kitchen was well equipped, but we missed a water boiler or kettle for tea etc. Description suggests parking at the property; there is public parking space nearby, but space is limited, and may not always be available on busy days.

Geräumige Wohnung mit Meerblick aus dem Bett :)

Super Lage, mega Aussicht. Unkompliziertes Checkin, freundliche Gastgeber. Restaurants vor der Tür, Park- und Einkaufmöglichkeiten rund um Wohnung. Sehr geräumig und sauber. Tolle Dusche, immer heisses Wasser. Grosse und bequeme Bett/Decken. Heizung ist da in kälteren Monaten. Hat Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Ofen, genug Pfannen und Geschirr. Flaschenöffner mitnehmen! ;) Föhn vorhanden, 3 Sofas im Wohnzimmer, 2 Tische, gemütliche Wohnung, sehr zu Empfehlen. Wunderbar, wer das Meerrauschen mag, hatte für uns was Entspannendes. 🙌 (Foto Aussicht Wohnzimmer)

Bel fine settimana con la family

L’appartamento è molto spazioso e ben curato si sta proprio bene poi la posizione fronte mare da una marcia in più!!!la vista dalle finestre al mattino è stupenda!!!poi si trova ad un passo dalla bellissima pista ciclabile dei fiori,sotto casa ci sono bar per una colazione fronte mare il noleggio bici e qualche ristorante…

Bellissimo appartamento però in un condominio che avrebbe bisogno di una sistemata nelle parti comuni,la sera nelle camere un po’ di odore di cucina con le finestre aperte

Pourrait être superbe une fois les travaux terminés et les quelques petites améliorations à faire.

Très bel emplacement normalement... Une fois que les travaux du bord de mer seront terminés! Excellente proximité avec les points touristiques de San Maurizio permettant des déplacements à pied Très propre et spacieux avec vue directe sur mer.

- Les travaux bruyants et salissants dans l'immeuble et sur la promenade qui ont gâché la tranquillité et la vue; - la vaisselle incomplète pour un appartement prévu pour 4 personnes (2 petites cuillers seulement par exemple) - pas de torchons, ni de tapis de bain: il aurait fallu le signaler auparavant; - pas assez de porte-manteaux dans la salle de bains (2 petits seulement), aucun ailleurs pour faire sécher les serviettes et accrocher ses vêtements; - pas de poubelle pour les déchets autres que cartons et plastiques alors que le tri est imposé.

E' stato un soggiorno breve ma molto rilassante

La vista spettacolare La casa spaziosa, luminosa e molto funzionale. La cucina aveva tutto pentole, forno, microonde, bollitore, macchina del caffè, tostapane...insomma non mancava di nulla. Bagno cieco ma ben strutturato con doccia ampia e molto confortevole con acqua calda in abbondanza. Camere ampie con letti molto comodi. Panettiere sotto casa, bar, pizzeria, ristoranti idem e il supermercato a 5 minuti a piedi...insomma nessuno stress! Il proprietario gentilissimo ci ha permesso di lasciare la casa alle 14, quando dovevamo partire!

Posizione stupenda

Casa al Prino è in una posizione fantastica, fronte mare in una zona tranquilla di Imperia. La casa è molto pulita con due grandi camere da letto, una delle quali con una vista mare stupenda. La cucina è attrezzata con praticamente tutto ciò che può servire per cucinare. Per andare in spiaggia basta attraversare la strada e sotto casa ci sono una panetteria, un giornalaio che fa anche tabaccheria e diversi bar e ristorantini. Consigliatissimo!

Struttura con ampie camere accoglienti, ottima posizione in riva al mare, ampio parcheggio a 150 m. Bagno in ottime condizioni appena rinnovato, con ampia doccia Riscaldamento autonomo Cucina attrezzata con lavastoviglie

Riscaldamento in camera piuttosto rumoroso Sarebbero utili applique e mensole nel bagno.

Soggiorno mare fantastico!

La posizione spettacolare in prima linea sul mare, proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile, all'arrivo abbiamo fatto un comodissimo self check in, casa fornita di tutto e comoda a tutto per la sua posizione sul lungomare di Borgo Prino. Sicuramente ci torneremo!
