The apartment is located in an amazing location with an incredible view. The sea views are gorgeous, and the place is totally special. The host is beyond nice, being open to help you with anything they can.

Nice stay in a cute village in a small, cozy apartment

The apartment was in the very old town, cleverly built into the old buildings. We had a nice little balcony with a view on the hills and the bay. The bed was very comfortable even if it did not look it as first sight. Water pressure in the shower was ok, not too strong. Marina and her husband were very nice and helpful.

The only means of communication was via Whatsapp which I did not have, so the communication took place via booking, which seemed to have a delay. So when we arrived in Poggi, I was not able to reach anyone bay calling with the numbers provided. So I checked the booking.com description where it said that check-in and keys would be done in another town 30' drive from Poggi. Totally exhausted from a 10hr drive we got in the car again and tried calling the numbers provided with no one answering. I then installed Whatsapp on a prepaid number, called the provided numbers by whatsapp and the call was then immediately answered. They were ready for us in Poggi, so we turned around and drove back. From then on we were met immediately with the key and mid-week our apartment was cleaned, we were provided with fresh laundry and all went smooth. The path to the apartment from the parking is VERY uneven and not good for wheeled suitcases.

Perfect stay!

The appartment was very cute and cozy. Very friendly owners and great communication throughout the whole stay! It was only a 10 minute drive to the city centre of Imperia so that was perfect. Highly recommend going for dinner at Emelia restaurant ( its semi walking distance, very steep hill but worth the adventure)

Disappointing

Apartment No. 2 is totally unsuitable for people who are older or less mobile. That should be mentioned on the site. The steps are uneven and the stairs to the bedroom are very narrow. There is a steep slope to the living room with two long steps. The tiles on the bathroom floor become very slippery when wet. The bathroom connected to the bedroom can only be reached via a stone staircase of 3 steps, while the light switch is located inside the bathroom. Mattresses in which the springs can be clearly felt. The equipment of the apartment is a mixed up mess, not charming, but old and tatty. The airconditioning does not function properly, no mosquito nets on the windows. The available washing-machine is in a separate building outside and has to be shared with other apartments. Positive points: clean, good wifi, enough linen, private garden terrace with view on the ocean.

Budget friendly, very clean, hidden gems in the region

1) Room was very clean and tidy 2) View is nice 3) Price was fair 4) Normally I don't prefer AC but it was useful when there is no wind 5) Mini market, mini cafe and small restaurant are available within walking distance 6) Wifi was very fast. (repeater is available in the room. 7) Imperia is nice region, in the seaside big supermarket and very nice restaurants , beach clubs are available.

1) Lots of mosquitoes. There is a repelling device but not so effective for them. If the landlord invests flyer nets on the windows, would be perfect. 2) Umbrella on the balcony would be very nice. 3) Sometimes motorway could be bit noisy

Beautiful location, quiet but not too isolated. The apartment is beautifully renovated and comfortable

Unforgettable view

The magnificent view of the sea from the kitchen as well as from the roof top terrace; especially, under the brilliant moonlight.

Charmante Ferienwohnung im italienischen Stil mit Meerblick

Die ruhige Lage mit wunderbarem Blick aufs Meer. Die Dachterrasse. Als Radfahrer war Poggi gut zu erreichen. Liegt auf ca. 200 Höhenmeter.

Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig waren die sehr hohen Stufen zum Schlafzimmer bzw. zur Terrasse..

Báječné nezapomenuté místo 🥰

Báječná autentická lokalita v horách s úzkými uličkami, není pro každého, auto nepřijede před dům … úžasný výhled na moře, nádherná zvonkohra z nedalekého kostela, užili jsme si dům i grilovaní a koupání v moři. V domě jsou úchvatné akvarely a francouzské přetisky, klasický nábytek, chyběla nám snad jen pračka jinak jsme měli vše ❣️

rien. l'appartement ne correspondait pas aux photos qui en fait étaient des photos d'autres appartements. Il s'agit tout simplement d'une escroquerie montée par le loueur. En fait, après un parking privé peu accessible, on entre dans une pièce sombre, sans fenêtre, ressemblant à une cave avec nécessairement la lumière en plein jour et un ameublement vétuste non conforme aux photos présentées. Sur la présentation on parlait de "vue"... en fait de vue, laissez moi rire...

le ménage laissait en plus à désirer et la pièce lugubre n'incitait pas à rester plus longtemps. Nous avons décidé de partir immédiatement. Le propriétaire de mauvaise foi et agressif nous disait que tout était "correct". Nous avons donc cherché un autre logement sur booking et avons constaté que le propriétaire avait remis l'appartement en location bien qu'il ait encaissé nos trois nuits!!! Quelle déception pour nous! Ne réservez jamais là! c'est de l'escroquerie et nous sommes étonnés que booking n'ait rien fait malgré plusieurs demandes par téléphone de notre part.

Struttura angusta, spazi troppo piccolo soprattutto il bagno e strada scomoda per arrivare, parcheggio non attiguo alla casa. Tipica casa ligure ma non di nostro gusto.

Bedden waren slecht! We voelden de springveren in onze rug. Ook onze Duitse onderburen maakten buiten erg veel lawaai dat de hele nacht door ging.

Die Lage war super und das Reinigungspersonal sowie die Dorfbewohner waren sehr nett. Der Besitzer mit dem ich telefonisch in Kontakt war beschimpfte nich auf italienisch. Er war unfreundlich und schickte eine Anfahrtsbeschreibung (Video) das veraltet war mit einer Baustelle, sodass wir die Unterkunft anfangs nicht fanden. Die Beschreibung hätte deutlich besser sein können.

Zu wenig Geschirr, alles alt und falsche Beschreibung bei Booking.com. Wir hatten uns etwas anderes unter der Beschreibung und den Bilder vorgestellt. Es hätte darauf hingewiesen werden können, dass eine extrem steile Treppe nach oben zum Schlafzimmer und der Terrasse führt.

Benino, in location tranquilla

Monolocale in un piccolo borgo sulle alture sopra Imperia, tranquillo, fuori dal frastuono della costa. Vicino c'è una trattoria dove si mangia e si paga onestamente. Nient'altro però, Poggi è una frazione di Imperia, quindi di fatto ci sono solo case in affitto e dei residenti. Per noi andava anche bene, coppia che vuole visitare l'interno ligure. Non molto comodo per chi vuole fare vita da mare (alcuni km di salita su tornanti).

La casa in sè non è male, va detto che ha i difetti delle case antiche, locali bui, bagno cieco. La dotazione della cucina è appena sufficiente, un pò ridotta allo stretto necessario (due cucchiaini due da caffè...). Il giardino è anche gradevole, ma da migliorare alcuni dettagli (gli split dei condizionatori che sparano aria calda in zona tavolo esterno. Certo, il tavolo si può spostare, andava però considerata tale installazione all'origine.

Spostamento deludente

Sono stata spostata al residence a San Bartolomeo della stessa proprietà. Ok condizionatore, televisore, frigo, microonde

Mi é stato sostituito l'appartamento in questo residence con quello in un altro residence della stessa proprietà. Quando ho prenotato non ho capito bene se la stanza avesse accesso al giardino o al balcone quindi ho accettato la proposta perché avevo con me la mia gatta. Però il link che mi è stato mandato, del nuovo appartamento, sito in San Bartolomeo mostrava un appartamento ristrutturato con doccia mentre quello che ho avuto io era un appartamento anni 80 con vasca e attrezzatura minima per il soggiorno. Televisore, frigo e aria condizionata funzionanti ma niente mollette dei panni, tappo del lavabo non funzionante, appendini basici senza stanghetta per i pantaloni, padelle antiaderenti senza apposite spatole in plastica o silicone, piano cottura da accendersi con l'accendino a gas, una presa con riduttore che friggeva per cui è intervenuto il manutentore, materassi in discrete condizioni. Bisogna che gli appartamenti al momento della prenotazione vengano distinti con lettere o numeri e che ogni appartamento mostri le sue foto specifiche!

Accueil chaleureux - Marina et Mario étaient très interactifs et m'ont beaucoup aidé lors de mon soucis avec la voiture. - Notre appartement était simple mais très très propre ! La vue, l'énergie du lieu, le jardin et le calme - nous avons adoré !

Les appartements ne sont pas très bien isolés ce qui peut s'avérer gênant avec des voisins prêtant peu d'attention.

Urige Unterkunft - sehr rustikal - warme Decke mitbringen

Uriges Steinhaus. Die Buchung war völlig problemlos und auch die Anreise Problemlos. Ich habe die Küche nicht genutzt, war alleine unterwegs und habe im Restaurant gegessen. Die Lage ist sehr schön ruhig. Das Meer ist mit dem EBike recht schnell erreichbar. Es gibt ein süßes kleines Dorfrestaurant - sehr empfehlenswert

Kostenfreier Parkplatz ca. 250 Meter entfernt, das WLAN hatte Aussetzer, Handy Netz ist nicht stabil, das Appartement war recht kühl, innen liegendes Bad, das Appartement war sehr dunkel und hat keine Fenster, das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Garten ein bissl ungepflegt. Das warme Wasser ist sehr limitiert, schon nach kurzem Duschen nur noch kaltes Wasser gehabt

Buona location come "appoggio" se non si vuole il casino...

Struttura posta in un borghetto (Poggi) sulle colline di Imperia. Se ti piace stare nella tranquillità, direi che è il posto che fa per te... Appartamenti al piano terreno caratteristici e molto carini con giardino privato. Noi che avevamo il cane è stato top...

Alcune finiture degli appartamenti sono abbastanza datate... ma è sorvorabile... gli appartamenti al piano primo anno le scale per salire alla camera abbastanza alte e "complicate"...
