Villa Caterina

Un piccolo appartamento parte di una splendida e silenziosa villa all'interno della città. Spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi, Animali ammessi, piccolo bagno. Tv in camera e condizionatore unico che serve cucina e camera da letto. Bella piscina ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti. Un po' faticosa la salita (200 metri) per arrivare a piedi o in auto alla villa. La stradina è stretta a spera sempre di non incontrare altri sulla stessa strada. Parcheggio ampio all'interno della struttura. Supermercato Conad a 400 metri. WIFI scarso

Magnifique propriété avec 3 logements loués, 2 petits logements de 30m2 contiguës et une petite maison de 50m2 très bien aménagée. Superbe piscine. Aucun bruit à part les oiseaux et les cigales (et les cloches de la Basilique au loin). Excellent emplacement (30min de marche jusqu’au centre ou les plages). Hôtes charmants (et discrets) et qui parlent plusieurs langues dont le français.

Dans la maison : douche qui a fait son temps, joints à remplacer pour éviter d’avoir à essuyer les flaques d’eau après la douche. Bouilloire à changer.

Meine Frau und ich verbrachten eine unvergessliche Urlaubswoche in der Villa Caterina. Etwas beschwerlich war der mit dem Auto enge und steile Weg hoch zum Haus. Dort angekommen war aber alles vergessen! Wir wurden empfangen von einem wunderschön angelegten, mit Blumen geschmückten Garten und der sehr sympathischen und immer hilfsbereiten Gastgeberin. Wir fanden ein komplett ausgestattetes Ferienhaus vor - alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch der große, gepflegte Pool. Wir genossen die erholsame Ruhe und die tolle Lage mit einem fantastischem Blick auf Porto Maurizio. Gerne wären wir noch länger geblieben.

The owner is very sweet and communication is easy. The location is fantastic, yet on a steep hill. Scary to drive and hard to climb. But it's a great workout. We actually appreciated the extra effort it took to get home. The views are incredible and Imperia is wonderful. Everything is close by and walkable. The property is charming and really well kept. There is great parking at the property. We definitely will come back to Imperia.

We would have liked a cozy couch or armchair. No place to relax in the evening except in bed. The rental was overall much smaller than anticipated. The shower head did barely work and the water was either scalding or cold (a fact we found overall in other vacation rentals in Italy as well). Bed linens were missing. The rental is a duplex which was a surprise also. There is visual privacy yet no acoustic privacy.
