Perfekte Lage zum Strand in zwei Minuten. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine Zuckerbäckerei mit sehr guten Preisen und großer Auswahl. Sehr geräumig.

Casa muy acogedora
Apartamento muy limpio, bonito, muy completo (desde aspiradora, hasta pinzas para tender ropa). Camas muy cómodas, sábanas suaves, sofa cama muy amplio y cómoda. Manuela es super amable y pendiente de todo. La playa al lado, pueblo pintoresco y tranquilo. Sin duda para repetir.

appartement was ruim en de slaapkamers prima. ook de badkamer voldeed de ligging is een prima uitvalsbasis om tripjes te maken in de beurt, san remo, ventimiglia en imperia waar je ook op de boot kunt om walvissen en dolfijnen te spotten
alles is wel een beetje gedateerd en de schuine kanten zijn wel dingen om mee op te passen voor je hoofd het balkon is niet al te ruim als je er met 4 man een spelletje wilt spelen

Appartamento bellissimo, comodo, ampio e accogliente
L'appartamento è spazioso, pulito e arredato con ottimo gusto C'è tantissimo spazio per riporre ogni cosa, è fornito di tutto ciò che serve, anche detersivi, spugnette, carta igienica, carta casa, e soprattutto al contrario delle specifiche su booking, viene fornita gratuitamente la biancheria, anzi i letti sono fatti (e molto comodi). L'aria condizionata è in ogni stanza e funziona benissimo. La lavatrice è molto capiente, ma si può usare anche con programmi brevi e quindi comodissima. La posizione è strepitosa, il balcone è grande e molto godibile. Il paese di Riva Ligure è carino anche se non mi ha entusiasmata... ma ci tornerei per quanto mi è piaciuto stare in questo appartamento
Il wifi non ha sempre funzionato bene, una cosa per me irrilevante, ma significativa per i miei figli adolescenti. A voler essere pignoli, manca qualche dettaglio, come gli appendini in bagno per gli asciugamani, oppure sarebbe comodo un tavolino vicino al divano. Ma è tutto così bello e nuovo che immagino che anche a queste piccole cose verrà provveduto.
