Superb

A little tricky to find, comfortable house with a sea view. Convenient location to visit all nearby attractions by car, Lidl supermarket very close, all in all very satisfied. Kevin was very helpful and immediately solved a minor issue with a breaker switch that tripped. We cooked in the apartment, all necessary cookware was there. Parking in the premises was a must for us, and there was a shaded spot next to our door! Great stay

Description misleading

Ok WiFi and friendly owner.

Lots of building work going on around it. Very suburban not rural. No obvious heating (even if at an extra fee). Not much garden for the dogs and not fenced around the property. Not at all like the pictures - no hot tub/plunge pool, not neat and tidy around the outside. Not as described.. not a fully equipped kitchen , no kettle, no toaster, no microwave, no washing machine (listed in the description).

Für Paare eine der besten Möglichkeiten , in Riva Liguria Urlaub zu machen. Klimaanlage, Kochmöglichkeit, Mikrowelle, it. Kaffeemacchina, Waschmaschine und eine Terrasse... Lidl gleich nebenan. Die SP ca. 500 m unterhalb. Pompejana, etwas weiter oberhalb gelegen, mit einem wunderbaren Gasthaus an der Piazza, da muss man nicht nach Riva reinfahren, wo man ohnehin nur `abgezogen` wird. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis angesichts der verrückten Preise in Riva lokale , ausgesprochen gut.

3 Kritikpunkte : eine bessere Sitzmöglichkeit, z.B. eine kleine Coach, wäre u.E. angebracht 2.Die Hecke vor der Terrasse im EG versperrt den Blick auf`s Meer, das war sehr enttäuschend. 3.Nicht unbedingt nötig, aber wünschenswert : Deutsches TV einstellen.

Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren auf der ehemaligen Bahnlinie entlang der Blumenriviera

Schöner Meerblick von der Terrasse. Wir waren Anfang März dort und konnten die Wohnung abends mit der Klimaanlage heizen. Es war sehr ruhig — wir waren aber auch bis auf einen weiteren Gast alleine in dem Haus, das aus mehreren einzeln zugänglichen Wohnungen besteht. Netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt für die Schlüsselübergabe.

Ho apprezzato in particolare modo la vista e la luce delle quali ho potuto godere dall’alloggio. Un altro impagabile elemento è il silenzio che si può apprezzare.

Per il soggiorno in questa stagione non è stato un gran problema ma la distanza dal mare potrebbe diventarlo nella stagione estiva se, come me, si viaggia con bambini (di tanto in tanto un po’ pigri).
