Emplacement et propreté. Accueil avec petits gâteaux et café. Le nécessaire de base disponible dans l’appartement.
Literie fatiguée, problème d’insonorisation avec une simple porte qui sépare deux appartements. Climatisation efficace mais très bruyante.
