Superb

The apartment was recently renovated and we found it very clean. It is within walking distance from both the beach and shops / restaurant. Special mention to Manuela since she was always availabe and super helpful during check-in.

I would just add some more accessories (e.g. pasta pot and colander) in the kitchen.

Very clean, new apartment but with complicated parking

The room was recently renovated and very clean. The location, despite first impressions, turned out to be great - near the beach, waterfront promenade, and bicycle path. The property manager was also very friendly and understanding.

Parking was a problem - the parking lot we had reserved was around the corner, which made things complicated when unpacking and packing. The reserved parking lot was behind a closed gate but didn't seem very secure. There was no place for us to put our bicycles -- we were not comfortable leaving them on the car. The property manager eventually let us put them on the balcony of the room but only after we promised not to damage her walls :D The bed was also not a proper bed, it was just a sofa bed -- which was unexpected. The pictures made it seem like we would get a normal bed and a sofa to relax on -- but this was not the case.

Modern eingerichtet. Schöne Größe. Sehr gute Lage, da im Erdgeschoss ein Supermarkt ist und zum Strand ist es auch nicht weit.

Soggiorno confortevole a due passi dal mare

Appartamento moderno, confortevole, divano-letto e cuscino comodissimi, a 10 min dalla spiaggia e vicinissimo al centro di Arma...siamo stati davvero bene oltre ogni aspettativa! Chek in con codici assolutamente veloce e senza problemi, reattività della struttura a fronte di qualunque necessità! Bravi!

Appartamento molto bello e spazioso

Appartamento rinnovato molto bello e spazioso. Pulizia impeccabile , struttura bene centralizzata con negozio d'alimentari al piano terra. Ottima posizione vicino al mare. Lo staff sempre cordiale alle mie domande. Lo consiglio vivamente e ci ritorno molto volentieri.

Peccato che ho potuto solo riservare il parcheggio per 5 giorni e non per tutto il soggiorno.

L’ appartamento era nuovo, pulito e abbastanza spazioso.

Il fatto che non era accennato prima della prenotazione su Booking le spese extra, tipo la tassa di soggiorno da lasciare in contanti e durante la prenotazione ho pagato di più per le spese della pulizia della stanza (25 euro).

Molto funzionale

La nostra camera era un monolocale con cucina in stanza, tavolo per mangiare e ampio bagno. Di recente ristrutturazione, nuovo e ben tenuto, cucina molto accessoriata, divano letto con grande stupore comodo.

Il pagamento online è l’insostenibile sulla tassa di soggiorno in contanti (perché non farla pagare nel totale?) L’ascensore è disponibile ma non portava al primo piano della nostra stanza

Arredamento moderno, mobili di buona fattura, tanti armadi per riporre vestiti e giacche, (con ampia cassettiera in camera da letto), materassi, divano e cuscini comodi, due televisioni ampi e recenti, macchina caffè e bollitore (cialde caffè e zucchero inclusi), balconcino "vista mare" grazioso con tavolino e sedie , grandi elettrodomestici recenti (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno e forno a microonnde, piastra a induzione, doppio condizionatore, frigorifero e congelatore separati, davvero ottima fornitura). Ottima illuminazione. Prese usb a muro. Pulizia e posizione ottime (supermercato, parcheggi e vicinanza alla spiaggia).

Insieme alle cialde caffè, mancano bustine di tè e infusi per bollitore (possibile dimenticanza). Coperte invernali macchiate in diversi punti. Interruttori per l'azionamento elettrico delle serrande poco reattivi e/o malfunzionanti.

Una piccola gemma

La posizione dell'appartamento ottima: supermercato al piano terra, il posteggio e il mercato settimanale di fronte, le spiagge a due passi. Interni rinnovati di recente. Ambiente piccolo ma molto ben organizzato e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno comodo. Date le piccole dimensioni (appartamento monolocale), consigliato per soggiorni brevi. Check in/out molto agevole grazie allo staff cordiale ed efficiente.

Acqua calda ci mette un po' ad arrivare. La doccetta piccola da cambiare. Sarebbe comodo avere una tenda a rullo sul balcone.
