We were very pleasantly surprised by this simple yet charming accomodation! Great location nice big backyard space. We loved the small, open living plan. Simple but has everything a single person or couple needs for a comfortable stay! Great value for money

The bed is on the smaller side. The mattress was OK but it would be great if a better quality/softer mattress was there. Also some more pillows for the bed that there are some choices for sleeping or even sitting up and reading a book. Also a fan would have been great. It was very hot weather so if you are coming locally bring your own fan with you!

Superb

Very nice welcoming and easy communication with the host, place is near the center and nice walking distance to a very nice beach and restaurants. We had a small dog and the fenced garden was perfect for her. Privacy of the place (despite in the center) which is great. safe parking in the area with a gate. There was a washing machine which can be convenient for longer stays. Internet was good. All in all it is a simple place but with all you need and close to the all for a decent price for the area. We would come again happily.

Small things despite it didn’t really annoy us. If you want to cook, the cutleries and utensils are limited.

Very good location with garden located in quiet area. Appartement is very close to the center of Cap Ferrat, where you have bars, restaurents and supermarket. The appartment has a private place to park the car. Helene is very good host and is very flexibele with the check in.

Fabulous location close to beach, town centre, Villa Ephrussi, bus stop etc. Very practical layout with everything needed. Very peaceful with lots of opportunity to make and eat food outside on the terrace. Beds comfortable.

Had a nasty accident with a rickety IKEA steel stool which had seen its days (and which is now no more!!) An oversight and not representative of a great property.

Disappointing

The area is very nice and charming.

We appreciated that Helene was up late to wait for arrival to check in. However maybe she could have let one of us to try the keys as we struggled with them a bit. She could have been a bit more accommodating with another small bed. When we asked if she could come to help with the keys she seemed unhappy with it.

Pulizia dell'appartamento ( suppellettili, arredamento, cuscini e copridivano) , mancanza zanzariere per grande presenza zanzare, letto con pessima rete e non solo cigolante, materasso di pessima forma e qualità. Mancanza presa elettrica in bagno.

Idéalement situé mais literie à changer.

Emplacement exceptionnellement bien situé. Accès aux villas Ephrussy et Kérylos à pied en 10 et 25mn. Plage toute proche et sentiers littoraux magnifiques à 10 mn. Parking privé !!! Accueil et réactivité d'Hélène qui nous a accueilli très gentiment.

Logement parfait mais avec une nouvelle literie.

Emplacement exceptionnel proche de la plage, du port et des commerces, accès sécurisé, place de parking, grande terrasse, verdure, calme.

La literie a besoin d’être renouvelée : sommier, matelas, oreillers. Les casseroles sont aussi à remplacer.

une bonne adresse à St Jean Cap Ferrat

Situation géographique idéale, à côté du port. Très calme (mais nous y étions hors-saison). Une belle terrasse où profiter du soleil dans un jardinet clos, parfait pour notre chien que nous pouvions laisser dehors sans risque. Facilité de communication avec notre hôte. J'allais oublier ! Une place pour se garer ! (très précieux à St-Jean)

J'aurais aimé une prise électrique dans la salle de bain (il y en a une, mais cela implique de débrancher le radiateur.)
