Great location, comfortable stay

Great location, very comfortable, very quiet, lovely and relaxing terrace. Great communication, easy check in and check out. Would definitely recommend!

Apartment situated in a calm area with an amazing host

Perfect host Josiane, she was really nice and helpful. The apartment is on amazing location, just 5min walking from the beach and bars/restaurants. It is nice and calm area, perfect for some relaxing time. The studio is equiped with everything needed and has a nice small terrace where you can have your coffee or drink. I totally recommend this appartment and all the compliments to amazing Josiane.

I found the parking quite uncomfortable. It is such a complicated entrance to garage, so you better come with the small car, otherwise you can face the parking pretty challenging.

Very cosy and superb location!

Lovely studio-apartment with a spacious great balcony, overlooking stunning well-kept gardens, just minutes walk from the harbour and the sea. We loved our visit to Cap Ferrat, and we walked all around the peninsula as well as the mini-peninsula, absolutely stunning part of Côte d’Azur! We had the best experience staying at this studio, it is very spacious and sparkling clean, all the amenities for cooking, and a comfortable sofa bed. The TV has tons of channels and also the streaming-channels. WiFi excellent. Great power in the shower! But best of all is the location, and the lovely host, Andrea, who met us upon arrival and departure. She gave us a warm welcome, and provided valuable information about the area and how to get from A to B. The place is tucked away in a leafy neighbourhood and is private and very quiet. We did not have a car, it is easy getting here by public transportation. We loved sitting on the balcony/terrasse having a glass of wine in the evenings and a coffee in the mornings. Thank you so much to the lovely host, Andrea, who always responded to our messages and concerns promptly. Excellent communication. Will definitely be back!

L’appartement est magnifique, très propre, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. La terrasse donne sur un jardin splendide et calme. Tout le confort y est. Super emplacement. Un bus qui s’arrête devant la résidence, c’est très pratique. La propriétaire est très accueillante et très arrangeante . Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Excellent sejour

Appartement superb, mieux que sur les photos. Ensoleillé, avec une terasse sur le cour arboré. Plusieurs rangements bien arrangés facilitent l'installation. L'appartement est decoré avec le goût. Cuisine équipée, y a tout ce qu'il faut. Le canapé convertible est confortable. Wifi permet une bonne connexion pour le travail si besoin. Josiane est une hôte agréable, Communication avec elle et son mari est très facile. Je suis contente de mon séjour.
