Very pleasant

In theory, it was quiet but actually, what with building works nearby and people upstairs, it wasn't quite as quiet as it should have been. The garden was very pleasant; small, but perfectly pleasant and you could sit in the sun although it went at 4pm at the end of May. Bed was comfortable and I finally found some hot water

I was disappointed that some of the kitchen utensils were dirty - not that I actually used them but I noticed that they were.

Spent long-weekend there, all was great!

Cosy and small. Well equipped kitchen. I have cancelled two bookings before I found this apartment. There are 3 things which I liked a lot: no deposit required (the other apartment owners asked for 500 EUR deposit), no need to sign the contract (the other owners asked me to sign, additionally to booking.com reservation!), I could check-out when I wanted, I had the flight at 3 p.m., made check-out at 12! Friendly stuff. I liked the garden!

The room was superb and perfect for my stay. Helene was very helpful, kind and accommodating and I would be happy to recommend this property to anyone who is staying at Cap Ferrat.

Wonderful garden apartment close to beach

- Perfect location: only a few minutes walking distance to the beach and to the harbor with a great selection of restaurants - Lovely and spacious private terrace that is shielded from the outside - Well equipped, nicely decorated apartment with all required amenities - Dedicated parking space in front of the building - Very friendly, helpful and accomodating owner, thank you again Helene for the great stay (and the bottle of complementary wine 😀)
