The view is unbeatable, the location was perfect, and it was a great size for my husband, me, and our adult daughter. It was very well stocked, as well.

You do have to meet someone to get access, which can be difficult to nail down times if you are traveling to get there. Our first night was miserably hot, as there was only 1 fan and we were sleeping in separate rooms. However- at my request we were brought a separate fan AND a portable a/c unit that made all the difference and the remaining nights were excellent. The owner was very prompt in communications with us. My only other suggestion would be a good bleaching of the bathroom, as there was starting to be some mildew around the tub (nothing bad and I am sure very typical of the humidity and warm temperatures)

The view is the selling point! It is calm, very close to several beaches, has a private parking lot. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay - especially a fully equipped kitchen, iron, ironing table and even a washing machine.

The cleanliness of the apartment was not up to the standard. It was not acceptable, especially as the cleaning fee itself was almost 200€ for any length of stay… few things were broken upon our arrival, but the owner noted and will fix it. I hope the cleanliness also improve!..
