We always enjoy coming back to Villa Artemys

Very comfortable, spacious, great facilities, great location, parking, clean.

Although on the whole the apartment was very clean, the showers had some black build up around the bottom that could do with some attention.

Perfect apartment and location

The location is absolutely perfect and easy walk to everything in town and lots of beaches nearby. The apartment is modern, clean and well set up. Really spacious too.

Communication from the management company that runs it could have been better - I sent messages asking to check in early which they didn’t reply to; I had to call for the door entry code which arrived twenty minutes after checkin; and when I checked out I received a message to say I could store luggage for free for two hours but when I asked where, they didn’t know.

That one person took the street parking, he took part of a second parking, inconsiderate to others, ppl feel entitled sometimes. There is nothing I did not like, even the cleaning part. Maybe a bit too much, but that is the way we keep our home. So is ok.

Good value for money

Very well maintained property, clean and well located. Staff responds fast and there is a luggage storage after check out. Great option !

The washing machines are a necessity during holidays. They were not in the flat, but in the basement. I would like to wash my clothes in a public space and monitor the time to make sure I’m there when the cycle is over. In addition, you need to pay for this. Taking that these are 5* residences, this should not be such an issue

Amazing!

Property was extremely well located w a 5 min walk to main town/port. A 4 minute walk to the start of an Oceanside walking path that circles the peninsula and an equally short walk to a local beach. The unit/ building was renovated and had a modern contemporary feel. Everything was updated and felt new! Underground parking was also included!

No in unit washer dryer but had a paid facility in the basement.

Very expensive for basic apartment. Also web link to pay deposit did not work so we wasted 2 hours to go the agency to pay face to face. Ruined the start of our holiday

The key card check in which was temperamental, high deposit and difficulty to get hold of emergency support when we got locked out of apartment.

Perfect location, very clean and well equipped. Parking is not suitable for big cars (compact maximum)

There was no possibility to contact the agency after 6 PM (but before 7 PM). There was information that agency is opened till 7 PM everywhere but next day I got information that the agency is opened till 6 PM. The situation was really urgent because we left our access cards inside the apartament and closed the door. Fortunately the neighbour spoke in English and gad contact to Man respinsible for appartements. Big minus for the agency

Terrible service, beautiful appartement

Nice appartement, well located, quiet.

Our magnetic card didn’t work and we were stuck outside the appartement. They close their office at 6hpm, and then nobody answer the phone, even for an emergency. They answered to us 18 hours later which is unacceptable. Also they changed the towels once in 7 days and have enough toilet papers or linens for the kitchen. They didn’t come clean at any time during the stay. Lots of things missing in the kitchen if you want to cook. Extremely small parking inside. You might scratch your car. I would recommend you to park outside unless you have a very small car.

Meh with bad pillows.

location was very good 5 minute walk from the shops and restaurants at the port and 4-6 minutes to the closest beach

The place was a bit meh. The decor was below mediocre and the shower leaked. The pillows were really uncomfortable and the bed was quite small and also uncomfortable. Check in process was weird and they asked for a 1000€ deposit which came out of nowhere. For what they are charging they could really upgrade a lot.

We will recommend this holiday house to friends and we will certainly be back!

The appartement was clean and spacious. situated next to the center but still in calm and quiet area. Beds were comfortable and baths were clean and nice. All the appliances were working properly, there was a coffee machine and few nespresso capsules.

The check after 4 pm. but it wasn’t a problem for us.
