Villa Artemys - Five Stars Holiday House

Everything was excellent. I honestly did not expect to find such a lovely apartment in such an amazing location for such a low price. The apartment has its own garden, outdoor seating and private parking right in the heart of Cap Ferrat, which is a huge advantage in this area. Several beaches are within easy walking distance. I would not give it a perfect 10 only because I reserve that score for something truly exceptional, but considering the price I paid, the value was outstanding. My children also really enjoyed the stay. There were many useful amenities available free of charge, including umbrellas and beach equipment. The apartment also has a good-quality washing machine and dryer. It was clean, peaceful, comfortable and very well located. Based on the price and overall experience, I would absolutely recommend it.

Fabulous location - a few steps to coastal path, beach and short distance to harbour restaurants and shops. Newly renovated. Secure car park. Well tended gardens. Spotlessly clean. Lovely little balcony.

Wasn’t a problem for us as only a short stay but washing machine in basement would be a bit annoying if there all week. Great little apartments but kitchen layout could have been better - again for me and my daughter not a real issue but if 4 of us there all week I think the dishwasher blocking the way to sink and cramped table seating would have been irritating. Mattresses a bit hard.

Огромный депозит в размере 1000 евро, предлагают страховку за испорченное имущество Но главное разочарование: мы искали аппартаменты с животными, в фильтре Букинг высветилась эта вилла. Мы не стали уточнять, берут ли с животными и забронировали, сделав все оплаты. Бронь была за два дня до заезда. Позже я все же решила уточнить про животных, у меня спросили Рассу собаки, я ответила, дальше тишина, спустя время пришло сообщение об обязательной оплате депозита, городского налога. Я все выполнила и сразу приходит ответ от апартаментов-с животными нельзя. Я позвонила чтоб урегулировать все вопросы-мне сказали, что передадут менеджеру. Но так никто и не перезвонил. Все… оплачено все, с животным нельзя, решать проблему никто не стал. Отвратительная клиентоориентированность. Более того самым неприятным было получить сообщение на второй день пребывания о том, как правильно делать check-out. И после за сутки до выезда вопросы: когда вы выезжаете? В этой ситуации я параллельно была вынуждена забронировать другой отель, в котором можно с собакой, так и не решив никак вопрос с этой виллой.
