Could be a great flat but awful smell.

Good sized flat, comfy bed, good shower, outdoor space, ground floor, had everything you need in a flat (iron, hairdryer, good shampoo and conditioner)

THE SMELL, a chainsmoker lives there and poor ventilation created a stale cigarette and damp smell throughout the flat. My clothes smelt of it when I got home. Household items randomly placed throughout the flat (microwave in the garden, vacuum and iron on bedroom floor). Empty bug repellent in each room. Dirty door handles (had to wash myself). There was a dirty and damp towel left in the bathroom. Some random chunk of plastic under the bedsheets i had to remove.

I didn’t want to spend time in the house.

The location

The property has a strong humidity smell, it isn’t clean. The closet is all full with stuff, big bags, the drawers were full with towels and random stuff. I had to open my suitcase and leave it in the leaving room. Not recommended

Un agréable séjour dans cet appartement

La situation, l’efficacité de la Clim, la literie la superbe piscine.

Pas de torchons pour essuyer la vaisselle ou les mains. Pas de balai. Et surtout pas d’étendage pour sécher les maillots mouillés…

Assolutamente soddisfacente

Il parcheggio per la macchina è un problema essendo quello davanti alla struttura a pagamento dalle 8 alle 20 per un totale di 28 euro per intera giornata (oppure 3h all'ora) . Ci sono parcheggi liberi poco lontani dalla struttura, il problema è riuscire a trovarli liberi. Ci vuole un po' di fortuna. I cuscini sono troppo soffici :) Bisogna fare attenzione ai tubi nella doccia, perché con l'acqua calda c'è il rischio di scottarsi sfiorandoli mentre si fa la doccia

Gran RELAX in un ambiente particolarmente confortevole ed in cui si vive bene.

Alloggio in residence molto tranquillo e arredato con buon gusto. Il tutto ha permesso una vacanza di gran relax, senza rumori, con vista sul verde del giardino privato, un bella zona pranzo-soggiorno, una signora camera da letto con lettone matrimoniale comodissimo e originale annessa retro cabina armadio super capiente. Collezione di libri d'arte in camera da letto, TV con 400 canali in soggiorno, WiFi impeccabile.

Sarebbe utile un manualetto tipo "istruzione per l'uso" dei vari elettrodomestici e servizi, dettagli di piccola manutenzione opportuni.
