Amazing spa weekend

I liked that there is a dedicated parking garage for guests, and open buffet had amazing foods! The stay was quite enjoyable.

To get to the middle level (S level) where the restaurant is, youcant enter the lowest level, and use the elevator, you need to walk uphill and get to the hotel reception (0 level), and then use elevator to lower you down one level (to S level) even though you pass by entrance on Basement level. But its not that inconvenient, just little bit anoying.

Exceptional stay

The apartment was very clean and cozy. We felt there like at home and will definitely come back. The bed was extremely comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. We stayed at the Fruške Residences, which is only 1-minute walk away from the pools and wellness centre. It is better to visit saunas in the morning (before lunch), since in the afternoon/evening it can get crowded there. The staff was very helpful and nice.

Best time to visit is outside of holidays and weekends to enjoy the facilities at peace as any other destination.

Cleanliness, politeness of staff, location, view, me and my wife just love coming here. Spa is phenomenal m, it is a bit crowded in some periods but it is really everything that you need

Super friendly staff. The hotel is like new. Complementary access to the Spa. Rooms are big and comfortable. Great view to the water park. Big balcony! Air conditioning only in living room.

Great place to relax

Good room size, amazing breakfast and very good facilities

Can get a bit crowded. Also, you have to walk quite a bit from the residences to the restaurant where breakfast and dinner is served. It is not allowed to use the lift access from the spa centre but you rather have to walk quite a bit uphill and around the hotel to reach the main entrance. This can be very inconvenient if you have a child in a pram.

It was clean, warm and new

I’m a regular guest here and my rate is usually exceptional, but this time SPA and water facilities were a mess. You are building more and more hotels around one Spa&wellness center and do not consider that only 1 small outdoor pool is working in spring and the whole facility is not growing and does not suit that number of people. Please think of at least warming up more than 1 small pool for the spring and late autumn when you see that you are over crowed by people. This time it was disgusting. Lots of garbage, wet floors, people trying to relax in a small outdoor pool like in the soup.

Great for a short getaway

My family and I stayed at a family suit. It was comfortable, spacious and clean. Comfortable beds, warm floors and necessary appliances like kitchen utensils, hairdryer made our stay really enjoyable. Complimentary access to the wellness and spa centre made our stay real value for money. They provide towels and gowns for adults and teens, blunt for kids. Also we happened to leave a phone charger in the suit and I completely forgot about it. However, the Fruške Residence team contacted me and suggested sending it via post. I really appreciate that!

Super friendly and helpful staff both at the reception of the residence and in the spa complex, very clean, warm and cozy room, comfortable bed, clean and crisp towels, the room has a coffee machine with filled water and capsules for it. We liked the spa complex, it’s not so crowded on weekdays, clean water, good variety of saunas. Breakfast was for an additional fee (1200 rsd/person) in the hotel building, but we were satisfied, there were a wide variety of delicious food and drinks for every taste.

I just wish there was more drinking water in the room.

Clean, quiet, well designed, comfortable, wonderful view, nice spa area, very kind employees

Lock and blinds were stuck, no surface in bathroom to put ones toiletries, no light dimmer (too bright), automatic light on balcony that we couldn't be switched off.
