Healthy Christmas break

Food, staff and hotel facilities were amazing. The hotel staff helped us as well with the drive to the local medical facility for some check ups as my elder Mom wasn't feeling well. Service was really good!

The pools could be slightly 1 or 2 degrees warmer as it gets too cold after spending 30-40 minutes in the water. You should really buy bigger sizes bathrobes as presently you have very small sizes for the rooms and bigger sizes are traded like a Gold 😀

The hospitality of the staff is outstanding. I was ill and without any medication, and the staff resourcefully managed to help me get through the flu and turn, what could have been a ruined vacation, into a prolonged and truly enjoyable experience.

Clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was perfectly organized. We really enjoyed our time here and would be happy to come back again.

All you need for a great holiday stay

Everything is well organised. Rooms are clean, very spacious and have amazing views! Breakfasts are great too. The facilities are also excellent: swimming pools, saunas, slides. Just a couple of swimming pools were closed, but it wasn't much of a discomfort.

Please, please, please! Don't use the white slippers from the room in the Water world or saunas area. These slippers are very slippery! I didn't bring my own slippers, so I decided to use the pair from the room. Don't do that! It's like walking on the melting ice. Very dangerous and unsafe. Better go barefoot.

Good for family holidays, if you're looking for relaxation as a couple, it's better to go elsewhere

Good breakfast, helpful staff.

The location is quite remote and difficult to reach without a car. To get from the hotel to the nearest city we had to pay for a €50 taxi. Room was fine but the balcony was quite dirty, with bird droppings everywhere, maybe removing the bird nests would be a good idea. The spa is disappointing, different types of saunas but not much more. The indoor pool is more like a children's playground, while there are several outdoor pools, but they're all pretty much the same.

What you would expect from Movenpick

I liked the breakfast, the free parking ramp was very convenient, the spa area was nice and there was always space and available sunbeds, staff is very friendly, the Italian restaurant was outstanding, the room was very spacious, well-lit and comfortable

The waters aren't as thermal as I thought they were going to be, and the elevators are a mess so it's almost always easier to just use the stairs which isn't ideal sometimes.

Amazing stay in Fruska Gora - worth every penny!

The hotel is amazing - the spa, the rooms, excellent breakfast and buffet dinner. Great staff too!

The only thing I’d change is the policy regarding using the spa on the day of checkout. Namely, in Slovenia, which is famous for its spa tourism, you can use the spa for free on your last day, but here they just offer a discount - which is also nice, but still - it would be amazing if we could use spa after checking out.

Excellent service and very up-to-date facility. The pools are fantastic! There's certainly one, among many, to fit your needs! The food was superb!!!

I wish the place had some more, after 22.00 entertainment... but if you want the vibrant night life, you can always go to Novi Sad.

It's good, but not exellent and overpriced.

Food in general is good there: in both the buffet and a la cart restaurants. Rooms are nice and clean. Minibar is included in the price.

Bed is not really so comfortable. Double bed is just two smaller ones put together: it's OK in the cheaper hotel, but not for the price of this one. There are no stores nearby, even small ones to, idk, buy some chips or smth. The territory is not organized well: you need to find ways to get to a couple of big pools outside; they don't let you in from all the entries if you are a guest of this hotel and you have to go up the stairs to enter the same place from another entry.

The most relaxing vacation weekend ever!

Everything is absolutely beautiful at this hotel and spotless. The pools are all a comfortable temperature and there’s plenty of great restaurants to eat at. We loved all the welcome gifts in the room and the well stocked free mini bar. The staff are all super kind and welcoming. As soon as we left we started planning our next visit! We can’t wait to go back!

I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and indulgent getaway. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, making it hard to get up in the morning! The spa was another highlight, offering a wide variety of treatments and facilities, perfect for unwinding away from the city. The choice of food iz amazing at the hotel restaurant, and the entire hotel staff was very welcoming.

We paid for the extended usage of the spa area after our check-out and I was a bit disappointed with the overall attitude and treatment we received as checked-out guests. You need to use a separate entreance to go to the spa area, bathrobes are an extra charge and can't be used unless you pay 600 dinars for it. We asked for dry towels to shower after using the spa, and the staffs response was that "it's not the procedure" so we had to use soaking wet towels, that are mandatory for sitting in the spa area. While this didn’t ruin the overall experience, a bit more flexibility and warmth in customer service would have made a difference.

Water in a room shower is unpredictable. It can completely stop during the showering or change from hot to cold and back. Such conditions do not correspond to the cost and status of the complex. This must be fixed.

Excellent choose in order to stay out of city crowd.

The weather at the location was wonderful. The sounds of spring birds and the fragrance of flowers were a delight to me.

There were a lot of tasty foods at breakfast. However, I didn't like the sausages because they were all made from pork. This should be taken into consideration, as many people come here from different religions where eating pork is not permitted.

Pools okay, food ugly, not at all acceptable for Mövenpick.

The pool area and saunas are great.

The room is super, but you cant control the aircondition. It is extremely loud and disturbing, when it automatically starts, even during sleep. The food is maximally 2 Stars. Examples: the hamburger bread was icecold, never was fried, cold cheese that did not melt, only made the lukewarm beef also cold. Worst hamburger I ever had. Under side of Pizza was totally burned to black coal. Most foods at breakfast more cold than warm. Coffe ugly. Icecream was from Frikom but not from Mövenpick, etc. etc. Very disappointing an really not acceptable for the price and a Mövenpick resort.

Fabulous place! We loved it

Everything! The food was amazing, probably closer to a 5-star experience (in my humble opinion). Not to mention the pools, saunas and the staff. We are totally impressed with this hotel and can’t wait to come back.

The hotel is really great in a wonderful location with exceptional facilities. The staff is great, the breakfast is great. The restaurants are nice too.

The only problem is the large number of rural people who take a one-day ticket to the spa and instead of enjoying the spa being perfect, everything is like a flea market

Great weekend get away

Nice try to bring Movenpick experience to Fruška Gora, it is a success, it’s the most luxurious experience and great hide away for Belgrade and Novi Sad. They have met my every request regarding early check in with early complimentary spa entrance. I do recommend 2 nights for full experience. Must try massage.

Perfect place for spa weekends

It's an amazing place to spend several days out of the city enjoying saunas and pools. The spa complex (terme) is great, with a lot of saunas, several indoor and outdoor pools. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of tasty options. The spa complex and breakfast are included. I really enjoyed my stay there with my family.

Located not in the centre of the town, so there are no shops nearby and only 2 restaurants. It takes 30 minutes to get from the hotel to the supermarket and restaurants.

Good rooms, spa already needs maintenance, restaurant food not good

Room was spacious, clean and beautiful. Breakfast is very good.

Spa is already in bad condition. The amenities were in need of maintenance, which further detracted from the overall experience. In some saunas there were broken wooden pieces. A year ago, water bed room was amazing, now half of the beds are not working. Food "a la carte" in the restaurant is not good.
