The pools are huge and there are many of them. Even though it was crowded it was very comfortable

The hotel itself is excellent, especially the beautiful thermal pools, which are truly a highlight and make the stay very enjoyable. However, precisely because the hotel and its facilities are so good, the staff seem to allow themselves to behave in an unprofessional and arrogant manner.
I got food poisoning from a sandwich purchased at the sandwich bar, where the employee who served me was notably rude and dismissive. This combination of poor attitude and lack of care is unacceptable, particularly in a hotel of this standard.
