Great place, would recomend, but few notes to the management

Saff were amazing - so polite, helpful and kind, truly, they are the strongest link in the whole experience. Also, everything was sparkling clean, and overall the hotel looks really good, suite was great, loved our stay here. We stayed for one night only, but if we had more time, we would def try some of the extra outdoor activities the hotel offers - some sounded very cool. Additionally, spa was great, super clean, a lot of different options, for everybody's taste - different saunas, steam bath, pool... all clean and working perfectly.

The food served at the buffet could be better - it's not bad, but I would expect higher level, in line with everything else. To be clear, when ordered a la cart, the main course was amazing, top notch and extremely tasty. However, starters were quite basic, while deserts we took from the buffet, and they were nothing special, and kind of a lowest point of the whole dinner. I am a bit sorry that this happened after such a great main course. It seemed like the staff in the restaurant is used to working with buffet eaters, not really having professional restaurant experience, which is something I would expect for this range of the hotel (e.g., knowing how to match proper glasses with wine type - red, white...)

Absolutely fabulous!

We had a wonderful stay! The welcome note, drinks, and macaroons were such a thoughtful touch and made us feel instantly at home. The buffet breakfast offered an impressive selection of fresh, delicious dishes. We also enjoyed the French cuisine themed dinner -great food and excellent local wine. The spa and thermal water pool were a highlight as well - clean, relaxing, and very well maintained, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Throughout our stay, the staff were consistently helpful and polite, offering great recommendations for local landmarks. We will definitely be coming back again!

We love this Hotel

We loved our stay at Hotel Premier Aqua – Adults Only! The location is peaceful, surrounded by nature, and perfect for relaxing. Rooms are big, clean, and very comfortable, with great views. The staff are amazing – friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The spa is fantastic, with indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, and great treatments. Breakfast is delicious with a lot of choice. Everything feels high quality and well taken care of. If you want a quiet, luxury place to rest and recharge, this is the best choice!

We liked our stay but there are not a lot of amenities. The sauna closes too early in our opinion.

The breakfast was nice and varied. Not super luxury but sufficient.

A nice Getaway!

This is the second time, we have stayed in this hotel. The first time, I thought that the value for money was low. However, I realized that there are not so many similar quality adult-only spa and wellness hotels in nature with 1-2 hours driving to Belgrade. The rooms are big and spacious. There is a tea/ coffee machine a free minibar and complementary drinks that I will not reveal :) A very clean room and has a comfy bed as well. Rooms with a balcony are perfect for a coffee break with the sound of nature around. Breakfast is very rich and also delicious as well. The pool is relatively calm and great for resting as well.

The Spa treatments are on the expensive side. Would be great if it was a bit more affordable.

The check in was a great bonus as i arrived 2 hours early but the wonderful staff allowed me to enter the apartment early.

The only thing i didnt like was the bed in the apartment was a bit too hard for me.

Calm and quiet place with all required to relax. Comfortable rooms and great food. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful

A hidden gem!

From the second you walk in you’re made to feel right at home. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming as was the complimentary drink. All aspects of the accommodation was excellent and well appointed from the comfy bed to the powerful shower. Despite the gloomy weather, the view from my terrace was pleasant. The spa facilities are decent and clean and the pool is fabulous. I had a four hand massage which was out of this world and the facial was great! I was a little nervous about the food as it was average at best at the sister hotel Fruska Terme up the road. No such issues here, dinner was superb as was the breakfast with a good section for both. There’s a nice little coffee shop/bar just as you walk out of reception where is was able to catch up on some emails whilst enjoying a quiet coffee in the afternoon. I popped back in the evening and it was a bit more lively, however as a non smoker it was rather unbearable after a while.

If I had to pick at something I would say it would have been nice to have been acknowledged by the young breakfast staff and perhaps offered a coffee! There were only three of us in the dining room so it’s not like they were busy.

Tv wasn't working in a room once we arrived. Reception responded straight away once we let them know. They sent cleaner to fix it.
